Braves’ Jo-Jo Reyes Welcomes Daughter Payton Brooklyn

Atlanta Braves’ starting pitcher Jo-Jo Reyes has a new title — dad. He and wife Jamie welcomed daughter Payton Brooklyn Reyes on Wednesday, September 3rd at 10:57 a.m. in Atlanta, GA. She weighed 7 lbs, 6 oz. The 23-year-old was able to leave the team in Florida on Tuesday to travel back to Georgia to be with his wife as she gave birth.

Congrats! I’m a huge braves fan and love the name. My daughter’s name is “Peyton Elizabeth”!! It’s always spelled both ways for girls!

When I was 15, I had met an adorable little girl named Brooke-Lyne…loved the name ever since.
