Just two weeks after giving birth to her second son, Zuma Nesta Rock, Gwen Stefani is out running errands in Los Angeles on Thursday. The singer/songwriter, 38, visited Cedars-Sinai for a checkup, then continued on the pharmacy before returning home.

She looks good. Gwen is one of those celebrities who is not back to her pre-pregnancy weight right away. I know that a lot of it is due to genetics. I had my second son on May 21st and by June 4, I had lost the 25 pounds I gained during pregnancy. So even though I know it CAN happen (without exercising), I also know that sometimes it doesn’t.

Gwen looks absolutely gorgeous! She looks like someone who just had a baby, and is thriving and embracing her newfound body. The outfit is classy (not one of those big boaty dresses she had been wearing) and she looks radiant.

I have to agree with the posters stating that Gwen looks radiant, even while she doesn’t have the gaunt look that some celebs seem to be aiming for post-baby.

I honestly did a double-take when I saw this photo on People.com, saying to myself, “I could have sworn she already had the baby!!”
but quickly realized that it’s post-baby weight! I think she looks GREAT and echo some of the comments about how refreshing it is to see a celebrity who hasn’t lost their “25 lbs of baby weight in two weeks”. Genetics will dictate who is able to do so without any form of exercise, but for the rest of us 99%, it can and should take some time!

Wow. She looks AMAZING.
But I do wonder.. where does she find the time to look so good.. her nails are even painted. Who has time to do that with a toddler and a newborn? I still haven’t time to do that and my son is 2.
Guess thats the bonus of having staff!

Sanja- Yes, they did. Unfourtnately for Kingston, his first photos were a bit overshadowed by Shiloh Jolie-Pitt’s, which were released just before his (Shi was born just one day after Kingston!).
