Dierks Bentley Excited to Welcome First Child

Country singer Dierks Bentley and his wife Cassidy are preparing to welcome their first child this fall and they couldn’t be more excited. In fact, the couple have received practice from their fur children, Jake and George.
"Right now we’ve got two dogs, who we think of as kids. We’re looking forward to a real one … just really excited about everything."
Dierks is currently taking part in the Country Music Week festivities in Canada.

I love Dierks Bentley’s music and can’t wait for him to become a dad. Does anyone know the gender? Just curious.

He says in the previous post that they will be keeping it a secret from the public until the baby is born. He and his wife hadn’t decided at that point if they would find out the gender for themselves or not.
