Ashlee Simpson-Wentz: Stunning in Stripes, and Only Carrying One Baby!

Sporting a cute striped top, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz spent Saturday visiting Senna Cosmetics Makeup Studio in Beverly Hills, Calif. Ashlee, 23, and her husband, Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz, are expecting their first child this fall.
Over the weekend, you may have heard the resurgence of the twins rumor, but it’s still untrue says the couple. Pete tells US Weekly, "We aren’t having twins. It’s going to be a big disappointment when it’s only one!"

I’ve learned not to take Pete’s word for anything. He denied that he and Ashlee were even dating in the first place… not too far down the line, they’re engaged. Then there was the whole “is she/isn’t she?” fiasco around the time of their engagement (turns out she is). Then he said that he and Ashlee wanted to have a delivery surprise when he had stated not long before that they wanted to find out the sex because “it would suck to buy a boy a bunch of pink stuff”. Sooooo while I’m not saying that I think they *are* having twins, I’m also not saying that I think they *aren’t* having twins… get what I mean? Either way, we’re going to know sooner or later, so I’m not going to stress it. I wish Ashlee a happy and healthy pregnancy

Ashlee looks really cute pregnant can’t believe she’s
7-8 months along.Not sure exactly how many months , but I think her due date is next month. Wow time flew by!!! I don’t think they’re having twins, but you never know.

I saw Pete & Ashley on the MTV VMA’s last night and they both looked so cute! Pete was really gushing while talking about his wife and baby (baby, not babies). They really looked happy and wonderful.

She looks so cute! Her pregnancy has just FLOWN BY! And I’ve heard more from Pete than Ashlee. She’s remained very quiet throughout this whole thing. I’m thinking a boy for them.

yea, i think she is only having one, i think the twins rumor is only going around because 1) twins is almost like the new trend, 2) no body realizes she IS that close, she is due next month, so she is almost “full term” prolly about 2-3 weeks from full term 5-6 weeks until due date =]

I feel SO happy for Pete, he’s so awesome (and hot). I’m very happy that he’s starting a family.
