Grey’s Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey, 42, and one of his 19-month-old fraternal twin sons wore the same serious expression while headed to the park on Saturday in Santa Monica. Mom is makeup artist Jillian Dempsey. Check out Darby Galen and Sullivan Patrick when they were (much) younger in our new twins gallery!
Grey’s returns with a two-hour season premiere on Thursday, September 25th at 9 p.m. on ABC.

what a cute little guy. I agree he looks like his mommy. I can’t believe how big he is…it’s been awhile since we’ve seen a picture of them.

So cute!! If I had his money and genes I would have 10 kids LOL. Cant wait for the premiere of Greys! Have been watching the recap thing abc did to hold me over!

Darby is so cute and he is getting really big!! He does look alot like his mother and big sister! They say that Sullivan looks like his daddy but i havent seen a picture of him in a while!
