   Wow, that Jamie Lynn story is interesting. I can’t believe the porn piece because she was nursing. I do understand that she’s a minor though and that needs to be protected. It’s too bad someone decided to make copies of the photos in the first place. What a breach of privacy.

   I find the theft more of an issue than the fact that one of the pictures showed her breast. It’s an invasion, but it shouldn’t really be an issue with child porn. Maybe this isn’t an issue to me because I’m from the UK and the age of consent is 16 so it’s not all that shocking that a 17-year-old has a child. I find it terrible and morally hideous that someone would steal such intimate photos, but I never thought something like this would be considered under the same unbrella as actually child pornography.

   I agree, they definitely need to be focusing the investigation on the privacy aspect of it and the fact that photos were stolen. It’s just crazy to me that part of a boob that is being used to feed a baby could be construed as having to do with child porn. There’s girls that age that show more chest on MySpace! I think it’s kind of sad, but I do understand, given her age, that it needs to be checked out as such.

   Brandi, I don’t think it’s the boob that’s feeding the baby. The way I read it she was feeding the baby and her other side was exposed as well. I say pick the most harsh punishment possible for whoever decided it was a good idea to steel and distribute this family’s pictures.
