Coffee in hand, actress Gretchen Mol takes 1-year-old son Ptolemy John — looking adorable in a fairisle sweater — to the playground in Greenwich Village on a cloudy day in NYC on Thursday. Dad is director Tod ‘Kip’ Williams.

Up next for Gretchen, 35, is the police drama Life on Mars, premiering in October on ABC.

Ptolemy is riding in a Bugaboo Frog in navy ($759).

   I’m SO jealous of anyone who can wear sweaters already. It’s still over 100 here in AZ. Ugh.
