Actor Tobey Maguire, jewelry-designer wife Jennifer Meyer Maguire, and 22-month-old daughter Ruby Sweetheart, made their way into M Cafe in Los Angeles, Calif. to grab some lunch on Sunday afternoon.
Next up for Tobey, 33, is a lead role in Brothers, a remake costarring Jake Gyllenhaal.

About another baby, I think there was a pregnancy rumor from over the winter that they shot down pretty quickly. It just seems to be hanging around.

ANSWER:
Reports suggesting SPIDER-MAN TOBEY MAGUIRE is set to become a dad again have been denied by the actor’s publicist. America’s In Touch magazine claimed the scoop as a “world exclusive” on Tuesday (15Apr08), but Maguire’s aides have been quick to slam rumours that his wife Jennifer Meyer is expecting the couple’s second child later this year (08).

They are a cute family. I think Ruby is so pretty and Jennifer looks alot thinner so I think before she was looking a little rounder and there was a rumor but she looks great now!
