Billy Ray is a cutie. Helena is..um, very eccentric and that works for her.

I love Helena and Tim. Their kids are so beautiful!

Her son is cute. Helena (and Tim Burton), however, looks homeless.

I have always loved Helena and Tims style…it’s very bold and daring. Refreshing from the barely there outfits so many others in the lime light are wearing. Good for them, not feeling the need to have to stay in line, and wearing what they like.
I actually LOVE her coat in this picture.
And Billy Ray is adorable…as always.

Wow Stephanie, that was slightly uncalled for. I actually love Helena’s style and the criticism evertime a picture of her appears is getting very boring.
Billy Ray looks soooo much like Tim, such an adoreable little boy.

She is a weirdo!

Yup, I’m with you Daisy. I love how Helena and Tim are never afraid to be different, to rock their own style! I find that a lot of people are very closeminded and hate how they look. I love this family, FOR that reason. They are different, they don’t care if people like the way they look, and for that reason, I think their little ones will grow up realising that image isn’t everything. IMO, I think it’s a much more refreshing and healthy way to be raised than being in a body obsessed house.
What an adorable child!

@Stephanie
Given the current global financial crisis (and in particular the impact of the sub-prime mortgage market collapse), I would challenge your stereotype of a ‘homeless person’. You would be surprised how many formerly middle class people are now experiencing homelessness to varying degrees. I suggest you refrain from making such prejudicial comments about one of society’s most marginalized and disadvantaged groups. They need your support, not your prejudicial and ill-informed musings.
Regarding Helena’s fashion choices – good on her for not conforming to mainstream perceptions of ‘glamor’. In my opinion, it makes her one of the most interesting actresses around.

I bet this would be an interesting family to get to know….or to grow up with. Their children probably have alot of fun growing up with their parents!

Billy is so cute! Stephanie, stop your bloody nagging about their clothing! I can guess how you dress, like every Hollywood clone, so just shut up about style
October 17th, 2008 at 1:13 pm
Regardless of one’s personal opinion of how someone dresses…I wonder if some here would be so willing to say they love this family’s personal style and lack of conformity if they weren’t famous? I’m not implying there is anything wrong with a “sterotypical” homeless, indigent person but I doubt you’d be saying how much you like their style if they weren’t making movies.

I love this woman! If I could, I’d want to look at pictures of her every day just to see what she’s wearing.
October 17th, 2008 at 4:33 pm
I pretty much dress like they do. So of course I love them and would probably compliment their style if I didn’t know who they were and saw them on the street.
There’s a difference though. I mainly shop at Goodwill, I’m sure they pay lots of money for their clothes.
And to keep it on topic (celebrity babies) Billy’s looking cuter and more like his dad in every photo.

Hu? She looks completely normal in this picture. Unkempt hair doesn’t make you eccentric;) I agree with mirabai, Helena is a lot more interesting than most other actresses (in her looks and also in her interviews and work)
and her son is cute:)
