Rapper Lil Wayne Expecting Second Child, a Son

During his acceptance speech after winning Lyricist of the Year at the BET Hip-Hop Awards, rapper Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. — more commonly known as Lil Wayne — announced that he is awaiting the birth of his second child in the upcoming days. The 26-year-old hip hop artist couldn’t contain his excitement as he told the cheering audience,
"I got a son about to be born any day now, so shout-out to him. Pray for me."
No further information has been released. Lil Wayne dedicated the award to Reginae Carter, 8, who is his daughter with his ex-wife Antonia ‘Toya’ Johnson.

Congrats to Wayne, the mother, and big sister, though. I’ve been a fan for awhile now and this past year, he’s just been all over the place.
