Okay, let me clarify one of the things I said in my previous comment. When I said that Angie gets ripped apart for not loving Shiloh as much as her adopted kids, of course I didn’t mean that she really does love Shiloh less.

She obviously loves all of her kids equally. I just meant that people tend to ACCUSE her of not loving Shiloh as much as the older kids because of what the tabs have printed, a couple quotes taken out of context, and the fact that, until recently, Shiloh wasn’t seen as much as her older siblings.

She’s been ripped apart for everything from Pax’s adoption (people were complaining that she should have waited until Shiloh was older before adopting) to her and Brad’s constant globetrotting with the kids, to not having Shiloh out with the other kids to not loving Shiloh as much as her adopted kids (I hate using that term, but in this case I really couldn’t avoid it), to (up until around the time she “announced” her pregnancy with Knox and Viv) carrying Zahara all the time.

Anyway, trust me, Angie is hardly treated like royalty here! In fact, she and Tom and Katie seem to be the celebs that are ripped apart the most on this blog!

alabama- You may as well have been discribing me! I am very “hot blooded” and NEVER wear a sweater, sweatshirt, or sweatpants. I’m also known for walking around with my jacket unzipped, even in the middle of winter!

Kat- Very good point! While adults can put on an “act” for the cameras, that is something a child, especially one as young as Suri, cannot do.

Look at Britney’s boys, for example. If you look back at pictures of them out with her during her downward spiral, you can tell (in most of them, anyway) that they weren’t happy, and that their lives weren’t the best right then.

If you compare those photos to photos taken this summer and just recently, the difference is amazing.

Anyway, I completely agree that, if Tom and Katie really were bad parents, it would be reflected in Suri.

What a beauty!

I saw a video of Katie and Suri in the park. Katie was rubbing Suri’s little arms and then tried to put a sweater on her, but she kept moving and pulling it off. The thing is, any other parent probably would have made her put it on. When you are always in the spotlight though, I’m sure it’s harder. If she would have fought with Suri to keep the sweater on, next we would be reading comments about her abusing the poor kid. When I was little I use to fight and fight with my parents, I never wanted a coat on. Finally my Dad told my Mom to bring the coat, but not to make me wear it. I would learn soon enough and I did. I don’t think I lasted a minute outside without it!!

Having said all that, no one knows what goes on in Tom and Katie’s life. I’m sure if they were bad parents it would be reflected in their daughter. Suri is as happy and gorgeous as any 2 year old should be. With warm clothes or without, with long bangs or short, expensive dresses or cheap, she is a happy little girl! I think everyone can agree that this is what is most important!

anyways everyone else, get over it. or man up and call child protective services if you feel THAT concerned about it.

My 7 year old nephew who lives in London (where it can get very chilly in October and even late September) refuses to wear a sweater or long pants to school (until it is really cold) because he simply does not feel the cold. Perhaps Suri is the same way. Our body’s reaction to outside temperatures are all different – I have spent time with people from Minnesota who wear an unbuttoned jacket while I am wrapped up in a winter coat, hat, scarf and gloves.

This blog is absolutely laughable. Allow these parents to take care of their child. I find it highly unlikely that Suri would be cold and they let her freeze! They know what’s best; Katie always seems to have a blanket with her! And besides why obsess about it, it’s always a topic of concern let them be!!!

Oh and has anyone considered that Katie may be trying to teach Suri a lesson?

Wear a coat, be warm and be able to play. Don’t wear one, get cold and you don’t get to play.

Okay, so say the same for Ben and Jen, Brad and the NEVER CAN DO WRONG Angelina, and ALL the other celebs that are treated like royalty here.

It makes me sick how people rip apart this family. If you saw Katie in the park or on the street with Suri, would you go up to her FACE and tell her the things you type here safe behind your computer? I think NOT….

As for the posters who say they are just showing off their clothes, their wealth or their expensive taste; get over yourselves! Why not bash EVERY celebrity whose child has on designer clothing? They ALL wear the expensive stuff because they (GASP) HAVE THE MONEY TO AFFORD IT!

Sheesh, some people here need to get a hobby instead of snarking on TomKat every single post!

Also they weren’t paid for that photoshoot if I remember right. Silly argument really.
