"I just LOVE him and love the fact that he has turned into such a wonderful actor, partner and father. Good for him. The pic with the two of them together just melts my heart. My hubby looks at me like that still and I treasure it because some women wish they could find a good man who will still look at them the same way they did years before."

"If you ask Violet what I do, she'll say she remembers me bowing on stage when I did a show in New York, and so she'll say, 'My mom sometimes will bow on stage and sometimes she gets her hair and makeup done.' It's a great job!"

Naomi, Liev and Sasha Take a Soho Stroll

INF

Bundled up in sweaters, hats, and scarves, the Watts-Schreiber family enjoyed some fresh air on Sunday afternoon in Soho, where they walked with 15-month-old son Alexander ‘Sasha’ Pete.

Naomi, 40, and Liev, 41, expect their second child this winter. Click here for one of our newer galleries, showcasing Naomi’s baby bump style during her second pregnancy!

I like Naomi and all. She seems lovely but I can’t imagine spending $355 on a sweater that looks like one that I could buy at Target! There isn’t anything special about it. I’m not poor but i can certainly see spending that kind of money on other less materialistic purchases. No matter how beautiful she looks or how rich she may be that is a waste of money. I hope it was “gifted” to her by the store – which I also see as wasteful spending.

  2. Keks Says:

    Why do you even care?

  3. dsmom Says:

$355 is like a drop in the bucket to stars. Who cares? She seems so down to earth and a great mom, if she wants to “splurge” on a sweater when she is pregnant and taking care of a young toddler…let the woman do it!

  4. LolaBean Says:

I think Megan’s point is that just because you have money doesn’t mean you have to piss it away on something you can buy for half the price elsewhere. Now I know most people on here worship the celebrities and see them as unlike us mere mortals so they can piss away money all the want, but Sasha’s parents weren’t always rich and quite frankly they might not always be rich so they might want to teach their son some respect for the money they do have.

  5. molly Says:

How many celebrities have ended up like us regular folks because they overspent? They assume because they’re successful now, they’ll always be successful, but people get bored of actors and they slip into obscurity. Let’s be honest, these two aren’t exactly bringing in 20 million a picture and even if they were, they are only spending that much money so they can feel better than other people. There’s literally no other reason for them to waste it. Is she too good for Target? Jessica Alba goes to Target and she makes as money as either of them, maybe more. Now, I personally like both of them, especially Liev, as actors and I wish them well, but Megan makes a good point and shouldn’t be bullied by posters who think freedom of speech is only for them.

  6. Brandi Says:

Who cares? And fyi, Pea in the Pod GIVES their clothes to celebrities to wear. I highly, highly doubt she bought it. We see Naomi shopping at normal stores all the time, and Sasha wears very reasonably priced clothes. Lay off.

…’quite frankly they might not always be rich so they might want to teach their son some respect for the money they do have’ LolaBean, did you proof read what you wrote? You seem a bit too opinionated and a bit angry if I might add. Their kid is one year old and how do you know how they plan on raising him? Is it really your business if he ‘pisses’ his money away, never learning to respect it. Lighten up everyone. It’s just a sweater!!!!

  8. SH Says:

Megan, I agree with you and totally see where you’re coming from. – But, that said, there’s always going to be people more well off than you and always going to be people with less than you have. There’s another person out there saying “Why spend $40 at Target when I could get a nice sweater at Goodwill for $5″?

  9. Bren Says:

Well I LOVE the sweater, and if she wants to spend 300-400 dollars in clothes go for it. I don’t mind at all!

    They are a cute family!

  10. Daria Says:

It’s her money. She can spend it however she wants. Remember, they are not like us. They live a different lifestyle. They look warm as toast in their warm clothes – which makes me think about Suri in her short sleeved summer dresses and cold looking dress slippers.

  11. lilith Says:

molly, what an dismissive and patronizing opinion you’ve given. Why do you even care how other people spend their own money?
And by the way, do you seriously believe Jessica Alba only wears clothes from Target? If so, please wake up.

  12. Brandi Says:

PS where are all the comments on Rebecca Romijin’s sweater by the same company for $325?

    http://www.celebrity-babies.com/2008/11/rebecca-romijn.html

    At least Naomi’s has sleeves!

  13. Brooke Says:

Funny, I happened to see this sweater yesterday at Pea in the Pod and I thought, “Um, I can’t afford a $335 maternity sweater!”

Of course I’m not a star and don’t have that money to spend.
