Julie Bowen Expecting Second Child
Boston Legal actress Julie Bowen is set to become a mom for the second time! The 38-year-old’s rep has confirmed to PEOPLE that Julie and her husband, real estate investor Scott Phillips, are “thrilled” to be expecting their second child this spring. No other details have been released.
The new baby will join big brother Oliver McLanahan, 18 months. Julie, formerly of Ed, and Scott were married in 2004.

OMG! This is so funny. I had my son 18 months ago too and I am pregnant again! Maybe we will have our babies at the same time again. Too funny! YAY Julie!
