Actor John Stamos is now 45 years old and he has one thing on his mind: babies. John feels he’s "ready to have kids," and tells In Touch he’s never had children before because "the cards haven’t fallen that way" for him, and he "didn’t want to have a child with the wrong person." Even though the actor is currently in a relationship with model Leah Marsh, he knows that if it things fade, he would love to adopt.

"If it doesn’t work out the other way, I would go to Project Cuddle, a charity I’m involved with that helps young women who are considering abandoning their babies."

When the ER star does become a dad, he knows how he wants to tackle parenthood. "I’d like my kid to grow up the way I did, having a mother and a father — coming home from work and eating dinner together." John believes he will be "a good dad. I have many connections at Disneyland [laughs]. But if I could be half the dad my late father was, that would be perfect."

John can been seen on Thursday nights on ER on NBC and in Lifetime’s new movie, The Two Mr. Kissels, on November 15th at 9 p.m.

  2. Aitch Says:

It’s hard to believe he is 45 years! He looks so young!! Sorry John, that I am not available to be your baby mama LOL!

  3. brooke Says:

I feel bad for him, I’ve been a fan of his for years and he has wanted kids since he was dating rebecca romjin. He always said he wanted kids at a decent age like 30’s, and last year I saw him saying on an interview he never wanted to be an old dad, but life has other ideas in store for you. He is so hot and seems so nice, I would glady have babies with him lol. He is a good actor too.

  4. Jaycee Says:

*hand shoots into air* I’d like to volunteer to help Mr. Stamos out in ANY way possible. Sorry, I couldn’t help myself. ;)

  5. Elizabeth Says:

Awww, I think he’d be a great dad. Can’t believe he’s 45! Another one here who’d be willing to help him out! ;)

  6. Leanne Says:

You can tell he really, really wants to be a dad. His future children will be so lucky that their father wanted them so much. I hope he becomes a dad soon.

  7. Brandi Says:

I agree. (raises hand too) Who wouldn’t want kids with him? lol

  8. Tanya Says:

Its kind of weird that he doesnt have any kids already because he obviously loves them very much. I remember seeing him in Full House as Uncle Jesse to those three little girls and later father to twin boys, and he would always act so lovingly towards them, especially to little Michelle. So I really hope we will see him as a daddy soon, and if it doesnt work out having his own biologically, then its great if he adopts one of those “Cuddlebabies” as he says he will.

  9. Amber Says:

Nice plug, I work for Lifetime. Don’t forget ladies, tonight at 9…Two Kissels. Thanks, CBB.

I’m in! And I’m part Greek too! ;-)

    PS: Brooke, 45 is hardly old ;-) I’m 42 7 feel & look 28. xoxo
