Oh no! JRA is a horrible thing. Let’s just hope and pray Lola’s condition can be kept under control as much as possible.

I am so sadenned that Lola has been diagnosed with JRA, unfortunately it is a permanent condition, and while kids may be in remission during long periods of time, the disease impedes normal growth and deteriorates the body as the child develops.. Hopefuly they’ll get the best possible treatment and information on this sickness and help their baby all they can, and also bring light on this terrible terrible disease

Lola should be tested for Lyme disease. Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis can de a direct effect from Borrelia burgdorferi, the causative agent in Lyme diesease.

Like I said, I’m pretty sure she’s been Jennie’s housekeeper since the 90210 days, and just transitioned into nannying too once Jennie started having kids. Maybe a big 90210 fan will know better than me though!

That is great Jennie is speaking out about Lola having JRA. If there is one good thing that comes out of being a celebrity it is bringing publicity to a whole slew of disabilities and medical conditions that otherwise languish in the dark. I am confused about something though, Jennie says the nanny has been with them for 16 years. However their oldest child is 11. Why would they need a nanny for 5 years if they didn’t have children then?

Bugs, I remember Jennie talking about how she wanted to have a fourth child but I’m almost positive she’s not pregnant. I think Jennie would love another one but she’s still trying to get Peter on board!

Anyway, I’m so happy to hear that Lola is doing better. That’s great news. I really love Jennie and Peter and their family.
