CNN entertainment reporter and co-host of Showbiz Tonight Brooke Anderson is expecting her first child, she confirms. Brooke, a familiar face at CNN for the past eight years, and her husband Jim Walker will welcome their baby in May.
The couple has been married for three years.

It’s always funny seeing newscasters pregnant – they hide it very well for a while, but then they get really bloated . . . and then . . . gone for several weeks

I missed when she announced it, but I just noticed it last night and again tonight, so I googled it to see if I was right. I don’t know WHY they feel they have to hide it. They should be proud and flaunt it!!! We don’t care about weight gain, it’s normal. Stop hiding it ladies!!
