"My baby self weaned despite me trying to keep up the nursing! I find it so refreshing to hear Gwen talk about how hard she works to lose weight and keep herself in top shape. She looks great and has a beautiful family."

    Congrats, I like the name.

  2. Philippa Says:

    Ah that’s great news!
However, I do find it strange that their daughter has 3 names and their son has 4..

  3. Alice Says:

Philippa, when you say the girl’s full name it’s actually longer than the baby’s! I don’t find it strange, 3 is already quite a lot…

    Congrats to them!

  4. sarita Says:

I don’t understand why they always need to give the children so many names. His name just sounds like a list of names!

  5. Jess Says:

It’s customary for royalty to give their babies three or four names (not including Spain though). All the names of the new baby are of family members – Pieter is his father’s and paternal grandfather’s name, Anton after his maternal grandfather, Maurits after his paternal uncle and Erik after his maternal uncle (not 100% sure about that last one, another report said that it was a Dutch war veteran)

    Congrats to P-C & Anita!

  6. Anna Says:

Royal babies are given so many names because they usually have no surnames.
