Nicole Kidman Denies Pregnancy Rumors, Enjoys Sunday’s Singing

After revealing that she’s hoping to expand her family with country singer Keith Urban even further, the rumors that Nicole Kidman is already expecting another baby were swirling after her appearance at the premiere of her new movie, Australia. The 41-year-old actress immediately denied the claims, saying she simply has "a little tummy" and blames the speculation on family genetics! "I think I’ve always had a little tummy, though, it runs in the family. My sister does, my mum does, my grandmother did…We affectionately refer to it as the ‘little tummy,’" explains Nicole. However, despite her willingness to offer an explanation, the new mom is quick to remind everyone that none should be needed — she just gave birth!
"My god, I just had a baby four months ago — give me a break!"
As more children are not in the immediate future, Nicole is focusing all of her energy on her 4-month-old daughter Sunday Rose. "Completely besotted with [Sunday]," Nicole — who can’t stand to be away from her baby girl — shares that her daughter has "just discovered her voice," making the proud mama privy to many private performances.
"She was singing up a storm this morning. She’s high and low. Other people may call it screaming — but not to me!"
In addition to Sunday, Nicole also has daughter Isabella Jane, 15, and son Connor Antony, 13, with ex-husband Tom Cruise.
Australia opens November 26th.

I’m not seeing it… The poor woman can’t catch a break. When she was 9 months pregnant, you could hardly even tell it. Now that she’s supposedly not, people think she looks like she is?

Ok, so am I the only one that doesn’t see this so called “bump”???
I think she looks amazing and would never have even considered her to be pregnant again.
No wonder celebs are all jumping on the exercise train a day after giving birth….

I see the comments about her “little tummy” a bit differently. Since she has expressed an interest in having more biological children and she is in her 40’s I think people are rooting for her.
Wishful thinking if you will. Still, I think she looks fabulous and is definitely one of my favorite celebrity moms.

I really hate it when every time I woman has a ‘little tummy’ (I call mine a lump, personally), the press starts saying she is pregnant. I remember when they did it to Famke Janssen a few years ago, and she has ALWAYS had a little tummy. It’s disgusting.

I find the rumors of her pregnancy so funny. Didn’t she just give birth four months ago? So if she was pregnant enough for it to be visible, wouldn’t that mean she would have to have gotten pregnant about a week after Sunday was born. It just shows she is normal after all and has a little teensy spare tyre, maybe a compact car, I had a jeep spare tyre, lol

hey, I believe it was britney spears that had Irish twins…..why shouldnt she get preg and deny it AGAIN. she has been awful quiet for 3 months, and all of a sudden, every time we turn around, nic is saying how she wants to just have more babies….

Angel- ITA! I remember when pregnancy rumors about Nicole were floating around near the time she and Keith got married, and everyone claimed to see a “little belly”. Then she finally got pregnant for real…and everyone said she didn’t even look like she was pregnant!
Anyway, I think Nicole was right on the money with her “little tummy” comments. Nicole has been the subject of many pregnancy rumors over the years, and I think, unfournately for Nicole, it is because of her “little tummy”.
shan- Exactly! Recently InTouch Weekly (really, Out of Touch Weekly would be a better name for them!) claimed that Angelina was pregnant again…naturally citing a “bump”.
Knox and Viv are the same age as Sunday (in fact, they were born only five days after Sunday was!), so if Angie were pregnant enough to be showing, she’d also have to have gotten pregnant about a week after the twins were born!
Really, the tabs need a course in reality checking!

I think speculating that someone “looks pregnant” is just rude. But I see so many people on these boards doing it,too! Comments like “Do I see a baby bump?!” is the same exact thing. Would you say that to someones face? I would hope not! Especially when the tummy is so small and could EASILY (and more realistically) be leftover baby weight or just a normal belly! So it’s not just magazines doing it, ladies.
