Gwen Stefani and Zuma Sit Silently

Gwen Stefani and her boys — husband Gavin Rossdale and sons Kingston James McGregor, 2 ½, and Zuma Nesta Rock, 3 ½ months — spent Thanksgiving morning at Coldwater Canyon Park on Thursday. While Gavin and Kingston burned off some energy with a run in the grass, Gwen and Zuma watched quietly from a bench, where mom nursed baby when he got hungry.

He’s a big boy for 3 1/2 months! It might be just me butr I find he looks a lot like Kingston but with a lighter complexion & hair.
In any case, he”s really cute.
I also love his shoes, my son has the same pair.

I’m not keen on the name but, man, does it fit for Zuma! He totally looks like a Zuma. I love that first picture. He seems like he’s just observing everyone around him.

I was at the park that day. What started out as two photographers at a discreet distance quickly escalated to over 6 guys with big cameras not 2 feet from the kid’s faces.
It was scary and disturbing and before we took our kids out of the situation, I turned to her and said, “I don’t know how you do it. I would kill them.” She just smiled and shrugged and said something to the effect of, “What are you going to do. They follow us from home.”
Honestly, it was like being in the zoo…
Very surreal.

It’s too bad how horrible the paps behave, I really do wish some laws would pass to restrict their dangerous behavior.

Her comment seems like something she’d say. Infact for them the best way to deal with it is to pretend their not there. If you freak out then you’ll just freak your kids out. At this point although it looked scary to you (Laura) unfortunately these celebs deal with it all the time so it’s not for them. I am sure they’d love one day of none of it but they know that’s highly unlikely. I think the best approach for them is to try to live normally. You can’t change it so just work around it.

I’m still for setting a law for the whole country that you HAVE to be a certain distance from a person to take their photo. It’s called a zoom lense and they use it all the time, no reason to get right in their face…
Anyways, he looked like a doll in the first photo, I was scanning over the pictures and saw this one, stopped and thought she was holding one of those Coralle dolls that Suri has.
