Eric Dane Ready to Tackle Fatherhood

The next celebrity couple to be joining the baby boom in Hollywood may just be actors Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart. The Grey’s Anatomy star recently shared that he and his wife of four years are "currently working on having kids." Eric, 36, explains that "I want to have kids," but wonders if you are "ever ready" for parenthood! "I have no experience with having kids, but I’m ready tofeel out those experiences," the actor joked. As Eric prepares for potential fatherhood, Access Hollywood’s Nancy O’Dell was quick to point out that she has the perfect name for the couple’s future child.

"What a gorgeous little child you’ll make … Your wife is gorgeous, so you can’t lose there, right? I think ‘Little McSteamy’ would be perfect."

However, Eric doesn’t think the name would fit a little girl despite Nancy saying that "she could be gorgeous too, with your eyes."

"I don’t want her to be steamy if she’s a girl!"

Eric can next be seen in feature film Marley & Me, set for release on December 25th.

   Eric and Rebecca are both gorgeous, I’m sure that they would have a beautiful child. Can’t wait to hear the news that their expecting now

   I got really excited cause I saw their picture before I read the headline. I really like this couple, and I hope all of the trying works out for them.
