"I just LOVE him and love the fact that he has turned into such a wonderful actor, partner and father. Good for him. The pic with the two of them together just melts my heart. My hubby looks at me like that still and I treasure it because some women wish they could find a good man who will still look at them the same way they did years before."

"If you ask Violet what I do, she'll say she remembers me bowing on stage when I did a show in New York, and so she'll say, 'My mom sometimes will bow on stage and sometimes she gets her hair and makeup done.' It's a great job!"

Be careful what you wish for! During a recent appearance on Late Night with Conan O’Brien, Carson Daly said that ”for years” he and his sister were “hounded” by his mom, who made no secret of her desire to be a grandmother. Her greatest wish was granted several years ago when Carson’s sister gave birth to a baby girl. Several months ago, Carson announced the happy news that he is expecting a baby this spring with girlfriend Siri Pinter, and just a few weeks later, Carson’s sister announced that she had yet another baby-on-the way!

The 35-year-old television host joked that he’s having a baby “for mom,” who is now feeling the heat! Carson added,

“My mom is crying. She said you guys have got to slow down…Just stop. Just ease off. I can’t handle all these kids.”

Carson and Siri expect their baby in late March.

    Lol…that is so funny!

Same thing happen with my mother…she kept ‘bugging’ my brother and I…. ‘Have kids, I want granchildren’ then we starting ‘popping’ them out one after another…and she was like ‘ok, I wanted 1-2 grandchildren, NOT 4-5 in a row, I cant handle’ LOL LOL so funny!

  2. Nancy Says:

Yeah, the comment made me laugh! A very close family I know, there’s a grandmother who has about 11 grandkids and on Christmas I asked her whether she is able to remember each and every single childs bday? She said yeah, it just takes her a little while to actually remember HOW old they are since time is simply flying…

I am sure she will be more than thrilled once her grandkids are there!

  3. phoebe Says:

Lol, my mum got so excited when I was having Ava, I totally get the grandparent excitement! Now she’s got a total of seven grandchildren (and btw, that includes a step-grandchild who she regards as one of her own, I love how she did that right from the start) she’s kinda….stop! She loves them all, but it’s a total nuthouse when they all get together!

  4. Kitty-Cat Says:

On my mother’s side of the family there are 22 grandchildren. Once, during a family party, a little neighbor girl wandered over to play with the younger kids. Suddenly, my grandfather gasps and clutches his chest. Somebody introduces the child, and my grandpa says “Oh, I was scared there for a second! I thought there was another one, and I didn’t know who it was!”
