Vanessa Marcil Says College Comes First for Kassius

For a time, Vanessa Marcil says that her 6 ½-year-old son Kassius Lijah was “king” of Las Vegas — the show, not the city! Understanding the difference between the two was not as easy as it might seem, however. The 40-year-old actress tells Parade,

“Once when we actually visited Vegas I had to explain to him that he couldn’t go in the real casinos because they didn’t allow children.”

The bond between Kassius and his dad, actor Brian Austin Green, remains strong. “He loves his dad,” Vanessa says. “They play video games together and once, when Brian guested on Las Vegas, Kassius was on the set and we took lots of pictures.” Although they are no longer together as a couple, Vanessa and Brian are united on at least one front. She says,

“Both his father and I agree, though, that he has to finish college before we’d even think about letting him become an actor.”

   WOW..I can’t believe VM is 40!!! To me, she looks the same as when she was on GH all those years ago. I wish she would go back to GH and reprise her role as Brenda!!!!

   She is 40!?? OMG!! She lookes in her late 20s, early 30s!! It might be becuase she is so petite!

   I loved her on Vegas, I am so sad that show got cancelled!

   It is great that she moved on to Lipstick Jungle.. now.. IN New York.. Everyone remembers her as Brenda on General Hospital…

   It is nice that Brian and Vanessa are close with their son..
   That is how Eva Longoria started her career.. she played a look a like on General Hospital..To soap mags keep saying that she is coming back..

   Her son is so cute, totally her mini me I wish we would see more pictures of him on this site, but on justjared and x17 I’ve seen a few of brian and brian’s gf megan fox with him. Vanessa is such a good actress, loved her on gh, beverly hills, and of course las vegas. She looks way younger than 40, and has a petite body too.
