"I was too emotional [when I was pregnant]. I cried at the drop of a hat. It’s Hallmark commercials, it’s anything you could possibly imagine. Not even Hallmark. It’s a coffee commercial, and they pick up [the cup of coffee] and I’d go [crying] ‘Ooooh, it’s coffee!’"

Carnie Wilson: Lady in Red

Splash News Online

An expectant Carnie Wilson looked stylish in a red peacoat paired with a cheetah-print bag while out running errands on Saturday in Los Angeles.

Revealing how she chose to break the pregnancy news to her husband Rob Bonfiglio, she says she waited for a night when he’d be arriving home late.

“I taped the pregnancy test to the front door and drew a picture oflittle stick figures of Daddy, Mommy, Lola, and then a little tiny one. I jumped out of bed at midnight and went into the kitchen and I see him holding the stick. He took me in his arms and goes, ‘Here we go again, honey.’”

The new baby — due in June — will join big sister Lola Sofia, 3 ½.
