The Ugly Betty baby boom continues! Actress Ana Ortiz is pregnant with her first child, PEOPLE has learned. Ana, 37, and her husband Noah Lebenzon, the guitarist for the band Half Life, are expecting the baby at the end of July. “They are thrilled and ecstatic,” says a friend of the New York City-based couple. “They can’t wait to be parents.”

In October, Ana told Page Six Magazine that expectant co-star Rebecca Romijn — who delivered daughters Dolly and Charlie last week — were making her “think it’s baby time. It’s definitely something that my husband and I talk about all the time.”

Other recent Ugly Betty babies include executive producer Salma Hayek’s daughter Valentina Paloma, 15 months, Eric Mabius‘ second son Rylan Jaxson, 4 weeks, Rebecca’s 10-day-old twins, as well as Christopher Gorham’s third child, due this month.

   I’m so happy for her. She was just talking about having that itch and that itch has been scratched. Best wishes to her and her husband. Seems all that baby-making dust floating around the Ugly Betty set finally landed on her.

    Anyone know when they stop filming Ugly Betty for the season?

    Will this be written in I wonder? Probably not but it would make for an interesting plot line if it was the married coach’s baby.
