Christopher Gorham Welcomes Daughter Alondra Cecilia

Former Ugly Betty actor Christopher Gorham and his wife Anel have welcomed their third child, a baby girl. Alondra Cecilia Lopez Gorham arrived early on the morning of Saturday, January 10th and joins big brothers Lucas, 7, and Ethan, 5.

“She’s perfect,” Christopher, 34, tells PEOPLE of his first daughter. The actor, who played America Ferrera’s lovable accountant boyfriend Henry, will next star in the CBS drama Harper’s Island. He and Anel announced the pregnancy in July.

This latest birth contributes to the recent baby boom among cast members of Ugly Betty. Eric Mabius recently welcomed a second son, 5-week-old Rylan Jaxson, Rebecca Romijn delivered twins Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamera Tulip two weeks ago, and Ana Ortiz is expecting in July.

   Congrats to them both. I think its funny they chose that name. I have a friend whos name is Alondra Vidia Colleen Gorman. Its funny how similar they are. Anyway congrats to them all.

   I love the name. I knew an Alondra at my old daycare and I really liked her name. It was the first time I’d ever heard it.

    My cousin had a baby girl last May, and her name is Alondra, never heard the name before that. What is even more coincidental is that my cousin’s little girls last name is Lopez, lol. How funny:)

    Congrats to Chris and Anel on their little girl. I love how they incorporate Anel’s maiden name as well. I know that’s sometimes a tradition with some families.
