Courtney and Jake Take a Saturday Stroll

This must be a morning ritual! Courtney Thorne-Smith took her pajama-clad son Jacob ‘Jake’ Emerson out for an early walk on Saturday in Pacific Palisades, where they stopped to sit and catch up with friends.

Jake, 13 months, is the first child for author/actress Courtney, 41, and husband Roger Fishman.

Jake rides in a Baby Bjorn Synergy carrier in Black ($149). He wears a Striped Stretchie Sleeper from The Children’s Place ($10.50).

   My son stays in his “pjs” when we go out in public too–they are more comfortable for him and I don’t have to worry about keeping up with socks. It’s good to see someone else who loves the practicality of a one piece outfit when dealing with a wiggly one!

   Hes so cute and if I didnt know any better I’d say it’s Ruby Mcguire (or her brother), look how similar they look !!

   Does he look small to anyone else? He’s adorable, but he’s the same age as my son and looks younger to me! Oh well – it’s nice that she still carries him in the carrier – strong back muscles I guess!

   Jacob is such a beautiful boy He is the perfect combo of both his parents, but I do think he looks a bit more like his Mommy…
