Idina Menzel: Back in Black

Draped again in a Big Apple favorite — the color black! — Idina Menzel gives us a grin while attending the opening night of reasons to be pretty, held at The Lyceum Theatre in NYC on Thursday evening.
The Broadway star, who just announced her pregnancy on Wednesday, also stepped out earlier in the week with husband Taye Diggs for another show!
The baby, due later this year, will be the first child for Private Practice star Taye, 38, and Idina, 37.

she is stunning and her and taye make a gorgeous couple. as the above poster said she looks so happy and let me tell you this baby is going to be talented! she looks about 4 months pregnant i’d say the baby will be due in the fall

Taye and Idina are such a great couple. I have been looking foward to a pregnancy announcement from this couple for years! I know babies are not a requirement for married couples, but I always got a vibe from them that they would someday have kids.

LOVE IDINA AND TAYE! I cannot wait for this child who is sure to be a stunner! Imagine how talented and gorgeous he/she will be! OOh I just can’t wait!!

She looks much further than just past one trimester here. I bet she’s like 16-18 weeks and they just did an terrific job of keeping it under wraps.

This is the most excited I’ve been for a celebrity baby in AGES. I am a gigantic fan of both Idina and Taye and LOVE the fact that they met during RENT (which I am also a huge fan of) and have been together so long!

YAY! I’m so excited for them! That baby is gonna be amazing. He/She hit the genetic jackpot, looks and talent! Taye and Idina are fabulous! Congrats to them I am sure they will be great parents.
