Conan and Crew Play at the Park
Shirley/Shawaf/Pacific Coast News |
Conan O’Brien and wife Liza Powell (not pictured) had some fun in the sun with their kids — Neve, 5 ½, and Beckett, 3 ½ — at Griffith Park in Los Angeles.
The children rode ponies and took a miniature train ride, which Conan, 45, joined in on!
The O’Brien’s recently moved to California as Conan prepares to host The Tonight Show, replacing Jay Leno on June 1st.

Cute! I didn’t know he had kids… Also cool that his little girl is Neve. Thats what we called our little girl and apart from Neve Campbell i wasn’t aware of any other ‘Neves’…

I named my daughter Neve as well. She is just two months old and no one has heard of it either.

Very cute! I remembered his daughter was named Neve, always loved the name. I had forgotten his kids were getting so big though! Can’t wait to see how he does on the Tonight Show.

My husband and I are planing on using Niamh (Neve) for our next daughter, but are having trouble with a middle name. Does anyone know what his daughters middle name is? I can’t find it anywhere!

Kudos to Conon for not only practicing safe sun with his kids but also with himself! It is only fair that if you’re going to have your kids wear hats, sunglesses, or helmets, you should do the same! I wonder how life is for them in LA versus NYC. For one thing they have to drive everywhere, yeah?

Looks like the kids inherited his gangly height!

Wow, I remember hearing the announcements when both his kids were born! I can’t believe his daughter is almost 6. They seem to be fair like their dad, cute. As much as I hated seeing Conan leave NY for LA, it’s nice that it’s a shorter commute to his family up in Seattle.

We were GOING to name our baby daughter Neve…but I agree with heidi – it’s a really hard name to match with a middle name! It’s a beautiful name though. It would be interesting to hear middle name suggestions…

Our little girl doesn’t have a middle name, i though Neve was just a lovly pretty name all on its own. Also it tok us so long to decide on a name, and then on the soelling of that name (Niamh, Neave, Nieve, Neve…) that i couldn’t bear to go through all that for a middle name too. In the end i’m glad we left her with Neve on its own.

I am guessing conan dressed his children, because my husband does the same “socks with sandals” thing too!!That is what closed toed shoes are for.its hilarious. Anyways, I think it would be awesome to have him as a dad. he is so funny and seems really down to earth. It is good to see them with covering over their skin. If they inherited any of dads irish complexion, they are going to need to take good care of their skin! I am also a redhead so i know how it is, always being the first one burnt the second you step outside! cute kids by the way!

I don’t get why everyone thinks its hard to put a middle name with Neve. Are you all pronouncing it differently then I am? Its an easy one syllable name. Everything goes with it!
