Soleil Moon Frye Finds a Twitter Pal in Daughter Poet

A self-proclaimed Twitter addict, Soleil Moon Frye can be found updating her life all throughout her day. While the busy mama — she runs her own store The Little Seed — often lets her followers in on her busy schedule, she tells Blah Girls that the new found addiction does not take away from her family time. “I think it is important to be present and in the moment with your little ones,” she shares. In fact, her 3 ½-year-old daughter Poet Sienna Rose has joined in on the fun!

“I have to admit, Poet does help me come up with questions for Twitter sometimes.”

Not to worry, says Soleil! The foursome — including husband Jason Goldberg and 13-month-old daughter Jagger Joseph Blue – “spend tons of time outdoors,” whether that’s “playing in the dirt [or] geocaching with the whole family.” With the month of April dedicated to Earth Day, Soleil and her girls will be spending the day together learning about the planet and celebrating nature. “Hopefully, we’ll plant some beautiful seeds and memories,” she shares. “I’m a very nostalgic person if you didn’t know that about me already.”

As for her daughter’s unusual monikers, Soleil explains that each name is planned, honoring a special memory for the couple. “I have always loved having a unique name, so it was really important for us to give our girls names that were close to our hearts,” she says. “They both have very important meaning to us.”
