Ellen Pompeo — expecting her first child this fall — followed up a visit to the gym on Saturday with a relaxing spa treatment.
There’s no hiding that belly — the Grey’s Anatomy’s star, 39, has popped just a week after announcing her pregnancy!
The baby will be the first for Ellen and husband Chris Ivery.

Holy McMoley! She looks like she went from not showing at all to looking like she is going to have a baby in the next month! Wow! I love pregnant bellies, and I am glad she and chris are having one… Mixed babies are so cute!

She seems very far along. Like maybe 4 or 5 months? I’m just happy she and her husband were able to make the announcement on their own terms and not outed by the papparrazi!

I’m voting that she’s either 4-5 months along…or twins? I don’t know…either way she is stunning! The girls grew too! Gotta love that! I wish her the best…she has to be my favorite celebrity pregnancy!

She is all belly and boobs. I’d say she’s about 5 mos. She looks good, and something tells me she’s gonna have a good size baby (her husband is a big guy). I think it will be a boy.

WOW!!!! that was fast!!! she grew overnight. LOL I love her and I am soexcited about this pregnancy. I have always thought she was too skinny. I bet she is going to look great with a little extra weight. Congratulatios to them!!!

Wow! she definately looks pregnant here. Not think I’ll guess how far along she is yet a I’ve found from my friends pregnancies that what your wearing does make a huge difference in how far along you look. Anyway congrats to Ellen and Chris

This baby will be so completely gorgeous. Independent of whether he or she looks mixed or completely white.
Both parents have great features to pass down to a child. She’s looking very fit so, hears hoping for a very smooth pregnancy.
