"I just LOVE him and love the fact that he has turned into such a wonderful actor, partner and father. Good for him. The pic with the two of them together just melts my heart. My hubby looks at me like that still and I treasure it because some women wish they could find a good man who will still look at them the same way they did years before."

"If you ask Violet what I do, she'll say she remembers me bowing on stage when I did a show in New York, and so she'll say, 'My mom sometimes will bow on stage and sometimes she gets her hair and makeup done.' It's a great job!"

Fisher Price Space Saver High Chair: A Lifesaver!

Having twins means two of everything — including high chairs. This is why I decided to go with the Fisher-Price Space Saver High Chair ($50).

It gets safely strapped on top of a regular kitchen chair. The space saved isn’t that much, after all a normal high chair is about the same floor dimensions as a kitchen chair. But it’s still a lifesaver.

The 3-position recline seat comes in handy for bottle feedings. And when it’s time for a meal it can easily be popped upright with one hand. The full-sized tray is dishwasher safe and easy to wipe by hand. And the removable pad can be wiped off for quick clean ups or taken off and thrown in the washing machine for those infamous ‘spaghetti sauce incidents.’

But one of my favorite things about the Space Saver High Chair is how easy it travels. Because it’s half the size of a standard high chair I can fit two of them in my trunk. And it’s a breeze to assemble at the grandparent’s house. Plus when the twins get a bit older the back can be taken off to create a booster seat. So this is one purchase that will go the distance.

It also converts to a booster.

One of my favorite things is that you can remove the tray easily with one hand.

With 4 kids and 8 people in a small house we went with this too and LOVE it….so nice to not have a full size high chair to deal with? We also take this with us when we go somewhere too..:)

I had a Graco high chair for my daughter and it didn’t take long for the tray and the vinyl to stain an ugly orange color. I bought the Fisher Price chair last weekend and I love it. I’ve had to take it with me on 2 occasions already and it’s so convenient to travel with. It’s definitely a great buy.

I bought one of these when I was expecting and now 3 1/2 years later it still is one of the greatest things ever.

  9. Bonnie Says:

I have this and love it too! We don’t use it anymore, my son is 2.5 and is in the smaller Fisher Price travel booster now, but we used from the time he was 4 months old it up until a few months ago. It’s easy to clean and take apart. I packed it up for use for #2. I didn’t know you could take the back of the seat off, though? Does anyone know how you do this?

i personally have LOVED the ikea high chair- simply, modern, and $20! It comes apart easily too for travel and it is SUPER light. Does not stick out like a sore thumb next to our dining table :)

  11. Renee Says:

I have the rainforest hair chair and rainforest booster seat I love both.I take the rainforest booster seat when I travel and its great, light, easy to clean and my 7 month baby boy loves his chair and the toys.I only payed 32,99 at babiesrus for a booster seat its great price and works great.Since I have the regular high chair I was looking for something cheaper just to take while I am travel.

  12. AJK Says:

We have this chair and have been able to use it from the time my son started eating solids (5 months) to now. Having something that converts from a highchair to a booster is so convenient and saves money! Love it!

  13. Marisa Says:

I had the older version of this chair by Fisher Price and I got it when my daughter was a baby and she is now almost 7. It was so easy to clean and I just a month or two ago got rid of it because my 4 year didn’t want to use it anymore. I totally recommend it; I just with they’d had this current model 7 years ago. It looks much more comfy.

  14. Shelly Says:

I have the space saver and I love it! My daughter is 6 months and still getting her balance sitting, so having the harness instead of just a lap belt is terrific!

  15. Meredith Says:

Love it, love it, love it! Our kitchen table sits very high, and most traditional high chairs (even set at maximum height) wouldn’t give our 10 month old the proper view of the table. This chair allows her to do so! It is very easy to use, and the recline feature helped her learn how to feed herself a bottle and cup. Easy to clean, easy to put together, and easy to use. Fantastic for the cost and versatility. Excited to use the booster one day!

  16. Jess Says:

My 13 month old nephew has this chair, its great for the small kitchen, my brother packed away their original bulky high chair and it hasn’t been seen since! I didn’t know that it converts into a booster…
