Punk’d meets Punky Brewster this Mother’s Day — and 100 moms are benefiting.

Ashton Kutcher and Soleil Moon Frye took to their Twitter pages to announce a contest offering free goods to deserving moms being organized by Soleil, the actress who also co-owns the organic children’s store The Little Seed.

The competition called for women to send in stories about being mothers. “We Twittered to everyone in our community and received an outpouring of emotional stories,” Soleil, who teamed up with Scandinavian Child, Kate Quinn Organics and Serena & Lily for the giveaway. “I read these stories and I was just weeping.”

The result? “We were so moved by the stories that we couldn’t pick just one winner,” says Soleil, who spent Friday before Mother’s Day wrapping the gifts, including Svan bouncers and scooters made of sustainable birch wood. “Everyone who shared their story is going to get a gift.”

As for her own Mother’s Day gift, Soleil already received it: two handmade cards from her daughters Poet Sienna Rose, 3 ½, and Jagger Joseph Blue, 14 months. “I love having one baby on the hip while running after another!” says Soleil, who is married to producer Jason Goldberg. “I’m literally the mom who trips over her own feet walking out the door. But that’s part of the charm of being a mom. My household is abundant with joy.”

   I’m so excited!! I saw this on Twitter and thought “why not?!” So I wrote in about my sister-in-law, who has been a amazing mom and wife! I was never really able to thank her for taking care of my brother after he was injured in Iraq! I’m was so excited to let her know how much she means to me!
