Life’s a Beach for Matthew and Levi McConaughey

Surf’s up! Matthew McConaughey and his 10-month-old son Levi enjoy the ocean breeze as they soak up the sun, sand and waves during a day at the beach in Malibu on Wednesday.
“I’ve already got him in the water, but not on a surfboard,” the 39-year-old actor recently told E!
“It will kind of be up to him…I’m sure he’s going to want to try it out, and if he likes it, it will be something great to do every day. We’ll get him out there soon, floating around.”
Levi is Matthew’s son with model Camila Alves.
Levi wears UV Skinz Seth in Blue Tie-Dye ($29).

there is a picture of them 2 on tmz of them sitting down with levi looking out into the ocean with his cute little belly just hanging out…seriously needs to be framed!! He is such a cool dad. Levi is leaning towards his mama’s genes and if he looks anything like his mother still as an adult…wow he is going to be beautiful!! Mathew is a gorgeous human being so either way this kid cant get any better than this gene pool.

While the pictures are adorable, I do hope Levi is slathered in sunscreen and it would be good to see him wearing a sunhat and sunglasses.

Do they live on the beach or something? I understand Matthew loves surfing but it seems like 9 out of 10 pics are always at the beach talking about surfing

Shaya is beyond adorable, and looks like an easy going baby. Matthew seems like a good daddy, and I love how he even brings his dog everywhere with them.

Levi is so cute!! He looks exactly like his mama, but I think he has Matthew’s smile, and some of the face structure, but he looks mostly like his mom. Those 2 are adorable together.

I was just waiting for someone to comment on the fact he was not wearing a hat, I thought we had all suddenly stopped being so judgmental, and picky over little things, but then I found the ‘It would be nice to see him in more protective clothing.’ comment.

eternalcandian- A sunhat and sunglasses? While taking a dip in the ocean? Personally, I wouldn’t take that risk. I mean, the hat or sunglasses might plop into the ocean (now the first photo, I can see your point there!)!

For those who are so worried about Levi – If they bought him a UV rashguard then they probably put sunscreen on the rest of him.
