Marcia Cross and Eden’s Sunny Smiles

Look at those grins! Marcia Cross and daughter Eden, 2, laugh and smile as they play around while out in Santa Monica, Calif. on Thursday.
The Desperate Housewives actress recently shared that Eden and her twin sister Savannah are “the best medicine” for dad Tom Mahoney, who’s being treated for an undisclosed form of cancer.
“They don’t know what a hospital is, they don’t care,” she explains. “It’s just…’There’s dad!’”
Eden wears Aldabella Scarpa Evangelina White/Pink Mary Janes ($26).

I love how they always have those types of hats on!!
They always seem to be smiling in every picture taken of them! They are just adorable, and is it just me or do they seem big for 2 year-olds?

they seem about average to me, for 2 yr olds. they’ve still got baby faces. love how she has their heads covered. they seem to have fair skin like mom, so that’s a good thing. they’re so cute. always smiling and having a good time with mom.

Ahh they are adorable little girls. Eden is like all smiles in the photo while Savannah has a grumpy face on. TOO CUTE.

They need a nanny for two kids? wow. why. I know working parents with 5, 6 and even 7 kids who don’t need nannies. I don’t understand why so many Hollywood parents feel the need for them especially when they are home with their kids. Are they lonely?

Terri- Where does this post say anything about nannies? That said, what does it matter why Marcia, or any other celeb for that matter, has nannies? Maybe you know working parents who have 5 or more kids and manage without nannies…But they probably still use some form of help (daycare, for example, or a relative who watches the kids) or else their spouse stays home with the kids.
Marcia and other celebs just choose to use nannies instead of daycare or relative care. As long as they’re not just handing the kids off to the nanny, which it doesn’t look like Marcia does, I don’t see a problem with it. Bottomline: Marcia and Tom made the choice that works for them.
