I like Emerson’s outfit- she looks great and very age appropriate.

Emerson and Teri are my fave mother-daughter duo.
I like how Teri invovles her but shes not pimping her out to the world taking her to every event and premiere.
Emerson is beautiful, I love her outfit. I would wear it myself actually.

Love the red shoes, classy touch!

They do look super cute but I feel like Teri never bothers with her daughters hair. Like she looks all dolled up to high heaven and Emerson looks like she just rolled out of bed. Not trying to be mean to Emerson because she is a very cute girl but if she was my daughter I would do something with her hairdo!

I’ve always been interested in following Teri’s career. She’s from the same hometown of Sunnyvale, CA that I am from and living still today. She graduated 1 year before me at the same high school too. Plus her daughter was born 3 days before my son back in November 1997.
Anyway, I really love Emerson’s dress!! It’s totally age-appropiate. I love it that it’s gray and fits the weather Down Under.
They’re always a cute combo.

Elle-re the hair…
I can remember at age 11 refusing to allow my mother to so much as touch my hair, let alone brush it. She usually let me look messy but I do recall her chasing me around with a brush! Kids at that age can have pretty strong opinions!

I love how Teri always manages to make Emerson look really lovely but in a way that befits her age – she’s a great mum and they both look very happy – Teri looks proud, and rightly so!

So many celebrities dress their daughters at this age (9-15) in really inappropriate ways, but Emerson looks beautiful and age appropriate which is great for her self esteem in the long run. I also like the way Harry and Lisa dress their girls. When you’re beautiful, you don’t need to try so hard, at any age. Good for Terri and Jon for raising their daughter to be so grounded.

I love how Emerson’s dress is so age appropriate. We have a house rule that the kids can pick their clothes but we have final veto power. I don’t care if it isn’t my favorite look on them but as long as it is age appropriate then they can have it.
Regarding her hair, we are having the same issue with our 12 year old. She will just barely brush her hair and it looks horrible but she won’t take any help. She wants to do everything herself. This is one stage I can’t wait to pass!

They look cute and happy. I wonder why we don’t see pictures of Jon Tenney with his daughter. I love him on the Closer.

they both look great, but get out of there before 10pm,girls. the blood splattering will ruin those lovely dresses!

My daughter Charlott is 12 and wears her hair like Emerson.Charlott will NOT let me do anything with her hair even for family pictures, weddings, etc. She keeps it clean and brushed and that’s it. Maybe Emerson is the same way!
btw- I want that dress for Charlott!

Jon Tenney doesn’t seem to do much press or public appearances, maybe that’s why we don’t see pictures of them.

Emerson’s dress is Camilla & Marc- I have it myself! They both must have been freezing though, it’s winter here and not exactly sleeveless weather. Though I guess the spotlights make it warmer?

Jon Tenney = amazingly handsome. No wonder Emerson is so pretty.
