Angelina Jolie stepped out with son Maddox Chivan, 8, on Tuesday in Brignoles, France.
They pair stopped by a supermarket, where they picked up a few bags of food and a toy for Maddox.
Along with their eldest child, Angelina and Brad Pitt are also parents to twins Knox Léon and Vivienne Marcheline, 14 months, Shiloh Nouvel, 3, Zahara Marley, 4 ½, and Pax Thien, 5 ½.

I was on a forum and I’m so fed up to read always the same questions : why she so thin? Why she always wearing black or dress Shiloh like a boy… But Angeline has always been thin and black is her color! Maddox is so big now! He’s a little man. love this family!!!

Love seeing Angelina and Maddox together; it reminds me of when it was just the two of them. =) It’s funny, Maddox walks and dresses just like his dad. So adorable. Angelina looks pretty content with life in France. It’s good for them and I hope they spend more time there away from America.

@ Moira….of course she likes them! I was just wondering why she always uses de SAME dresses, for me it’s kind of boring. I love black but I don’t wear the same clothes always… Anyway, it was just a question….MY opinion…so relax please.
Or because is Angelina Jolie I have to say that she is beautiful no matter what she wears?…I’m sorry, I don’t like her at all.

If I was the mother of six kids and I would have no nanny I would wear a uniform every day. If I like an outfit and it looks great, I buy it in every colour. I don’t care if its repetitive it is easy. I think its easy for her, she looks great in those style of dresses and its easy when your kids are taking your attention to slip that on. Yes I know she has nannies but that is probably the reason. I can’t believe I commented back on this goes back into the shadows.

I just love this post, there is always someone who has to be critical of another one’s post. Cut Sil some slack, she is entitled to her opinion just like ALL of us. I happened to like Angelina, she is definately come a long way from all the episodes she had that I wont mention. Apparently motherhood suits her well. and yes she does always wear black and dresses Shiloh like a tomboy, that is my opinion.

Ashley, I am grown and have been for a long time. As for being on topic I was following sil’s lead. If you don’t like it than take it up with her. Sil has no problem sharing her dislike for all things Angelina so I would think she’d have no problem with me pointing out how unpleasant she is. As she and Evy-Florida have pointed out we’re all sharing opinions. Right?

Angelina wears black MOST(not all)prob b/c she likes to. And I don’t blame Angie & Brad one bit for keeping the twins out of view.WHY should paps make money off them,and not all sites are as nice as this one.In fact some are cruel,and upsetting toward the Jolie-Pitts. I have lost access to many sites b/c of this problem.So PLEASE don’t start hating here to!!!!

Most of my wardrobe is black amd I know other women who have a lot of black. Angelina Jolie is not that unusual in that regard. We just like black.

OK, this is self-indulgent, but the photo makes me a bit sad because Maddox reminds me of my oldest boy, and I can see in this photo how big he is getting. Yeah she’s thin and wearing black, big deal, it’s a beautiful picture of mother and son. That boy, that face, holding Mom’s hand, it makes me smile and feel a bit wistful, too.

And toy guns remind me of when I was very little and my guy cuz and I would play with the toy water guns all the time! As long as the kid knows that it is no substitute for a real gun, and that safety is always the biggest issue, I think toy guns can bring lots of fun!

I just LOVE Shiloh. Her personality is already VERY strong. Just when I finally decided that she looks like Brad I see her from another angle and she looks like her mom.

Ro- Thanks. However, it really bugs me that they said: “Brad, Angie and their two daughters Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt and Zahara Jolie-Pitt entered a fruit and vegetable market yesterday!” Angie and Brad have THREE daughters, not two! It’s like the writers of the site are ignoring that Vivienne exists.
I think it would have been much better if they had phrased it: “Brad, Angie, and two of their daughters…..” They did not, however, mention that Zahara is adopted (like most sites seem to insist on) so I do have to give them kudos for that!
Oh, and just to clear things up, they were wrong about the photos being taken yesterday. They were actually taken on September 22 (I know that because most of the other blogs that have posted the photos have mentioned it), but are just now showing up for some reason.
Amanda- I agree! More than likely it’s not that Angie dresses Shiloh like a tomboy, but that she allows Shiloh to dress herself like that (just as she allows Zahara to dress like a girly girl)!
Angie and Brad seem to let the kids wear what they want (within reason, obviously. I’m sure there are limits as to what the kids are allowed to wear in public!). Case in point: In the photos that Ro linked to, Miss Zee is wearing rainboots (she was also wearing a pair in the photos of her, Shi, Pax, and Angie at Toys R Us last week), and Shi is wearing Angie’s UNHCR cap. 
All of that said, I think it’s ridiculious to insuinate that Angie ALWAYS wears black! When she was pregnant with the twins, for example, she actually wore quite a bit of color. She wore a gorgeous green dress to the Cannes film festival premire of Kung Fu Panda. She was also seen wearing a light, baby blue dress in the video where Jack Black spilled the beans about her having twins.
She was also seen wearing a yellow dress, and a purple and brown dress (Zee was later seen wearing a kid’s version of it! Also Jennifer Garner was later seen wearing the same dress while pregnant with Seraphina, but in blue and brown instead of purple and brown.).
Anyway, Maddox has gotten so big! I concur with everyone who says they hope we get to see the twins soon!

Love this pic they both look beautiful. So what if Angie wears black a lot, most of my wardrobe consists of black and white too it’s easier to match stuff. I know a lady who is obssesed with Navy blue and she has a uniform way of dressing. Long blue skirt and a blue t-shirt for summer and polo neck top for winter. She loves red shoes so only has red shoes. And she dresses her kids in blue and red mainly too. Probably why Angie’s kids have a lot of black, white and grey.
One thing I’ve noticed is everytime the kids go out Angie and Brad buy them toys, do they have to have a toy for just going to supermarket? Thought Angie was trying to avoid them being spoilt. :S

jokes apart, I’m really sorry if i passed as a mean or unpleasant person, i’m really not that kind of person, i read this site just to have some fun in my free time and relax a little bit. I think is normal to prefere some actresses and don’t like others, but i don’t hate anybody, i think “hate” is a really ugly word (at least in spanish “odiar” is not a nice thing to say) So I apologize really if my comments about the Jolie Pitt family are so awful that everybody in this site remembers them. I will practice my english better so next time i can explain myself in a proper way.
Maybe next time if i don’t like the way she is dressed, i will keep it for myself.

Danielle So Brad and/or Angie spoke to you and told you that all the toys that you see them purchase are for their kids. My kids and I purchase toys for relatives and playmates’ birthday. They don’t appear to be spoiled to me.Maddox was recently on a UN trip and Zahara and Shiloh were just visiting a site for HIV /TB clinic in Ethiopia. They wear hand me downs.Let me stop rambling it just bothers me when people make negative assumptions about any celeb based on some pics that were taken in a few minutes .

Hello everyone, just wanted to say that after all it’s very interesting to read each other’s opinions. There is no harm intended I am sure, I have a lot of things to do, working on a master’s degree, fulltime job and kids, this is about relaxing and just reading what other’s have to day. You know and most of you may agree, I actually have learned a lot of interesting things on this site and it is one of my favorites. So like the saying goes, “can we all just get along” lol

I think I read somewhere, that they donate a lot of the toys when they move on to a new place (unless they are really special to the child in question), but I can’t swear it’s true.
Angelina looks so glamorous here! I like her earth tone style and wish I looked better in black, but on the other hand, I rock red!

In the link Zahara is looking very girly in shorts; hat and flowery welli-boots, and Shiloh is looking colourful but still a tomboy.
I don’t know why CBB didn’t post the pics from the grocery store. Brad is with them too. This not the first time CBB has done this, their regular readers don’t get to see these cute, colourful family pics.
Wonder why? Especially when we see daily pics of certain other actors and their families

taegen- The CBB Staff already explained it a little bit, but I also want to add that a lot of other blogs haven’t posted those photos you mentioned, either. In fact, only a very few select blogs have posted them. All the other posts of them have been indirect (i.e., message board postings and such).
Anyway, I’m actually kind of glad that those photos weren’t posted here. If they were, I just know people would be starting in with Shiloh being dressed “like a boy” again.

Thanks CBB for the clarification.
It just seems the same posters post the same things again and again, and unless it comes from People/CBB they don’t believe it.
But maybe that has more to do with them than the evidence out there.
Good point, CBLover, but at least they get to see that it’s the kids choosing their own clothes. Tom Cruise talked about this re: Suri. Oh well!
