All smiles — and all belly!
Scrubs star Sarah Chalke gives us a grin while chatting on the phone as she makes her way to Joan’s on Third for lunch on Friday afternoon in Los Angeles, Calif.
This is the first time she’s been spotted out and about since announcing her pregnancy in August!
Sarah, 33, and her fiancé, entertainment lawyer Jamie Afifi, expect their first child this winter.

She does look cute pregnant. However, the real question is…who makes that handbag? LOL! It looks like a Coach, but I can’t tell. She’s going to definitely need it to carry all of the mom/baby things. I just want one for myself.
