Have a Question For Jennie Garth?
Paul Hiffmeyer/Disneyland |
As a mom to three girls — Luca Bella, 12, Lola Ray, 6 ½, and Fiona Eve, 3 — Jennie Garth is a busy woman! To top it off, she’s reprised her role as Kelly Taylor on the re-up of the hit show 90210.
We’ll be chatting with Jennie tomorrow about her role in Trident’s “Smiles Across America” campaign and would love your input on what we should ask.
If you have a question you’d like Jennie to answer, please post it in the comments!

How did you and Peter pick your girls names? I love them by the way!

Jennie, since you have not attended college, how do you intend to encourage your children the importance of an education? Do you regret the route you took by quitting high school to get a GED, do you feel you missed out because you didn’t get your high school diploma in the traditional way and is that important to you that your children get their high school diploma?

While your two older daughters are in school, how is your time spent with little Fiona Eve?
November 2nd, 2009 at 5:48 pm
I second Karen’s question!
November 2nd, 2009 at 5:06 pm
Are you guys planning on a 4th child, or are you done with 3 kids?
November 2nd, 2009 at 5:08 pm
How do you and Peter keep your marriage going in the midst of children, fame, and Hollywood, and how do you keep your children grounded?
Do you and your family attend church?

Jennie – how do you emphasize positive body image in your four daughters, and despite living in Hollywood? It seems like probably the hardest place on earth to do that, and when your mom is a beautiful actress I bet there can be some angst about appearance. What do you do to keep your girls real and focused on the right stuff?

Have your daughters watched reruns of you on 90210 yet? I started watching when I was about your oldest daughters age.
November 2nd, 2009 at 5:58 pm
Do you still keep in touch with any of the cast members of 90210? And do you think you’ll venture back to TV series!!!

Do your girls find ways to relate to eachother despite their age difference? Did you plan to have certain age gaps in between them?

What is a typical day in the life of Jennie Garth?
November 2nd, 2009 at 6:29 pm
I am curious how she keeps her 3 year old girl busy when her daughters are in school? I have a 3 year old boy with tons and tons of energy and I have a hard time keeping him active all day long.

I was wondering if you were planning on having any more kids? if so, how many? Also, what is a typical day-in-the-life for your family?
Thanks!

Jennie,
I have been a huge fan of yours since you started on 90210. I admire your work, family values and especially all the positive comments you have about marriage and family.
What is one piece of advice that you would give women about being wives, friends, mothers and etc. Something that maybe you value in your own personal goals.
Also, I know you are a vegetarian, are your girls and Peter also vegetarians?
Thank you!!

Hi Jennie,
How do you stay fit?
November 2nd, 2009 at 7:15 pm
Two questions:
1)With Halloween just passing, what did your girls dress as for Halloween?
2)With Christmas approaching, does your family have any holiday traditions that you can share with us? I always love to hear about family traditions.

Do you think that you will encourage or discourage your girls from going into show business? Why or why not?
November 2nd, 2009 at 8:51 pm
Hi Jennie,
Being a mom is a 24-hour job, add in working outside of the home plus being a wife…how do you like to unwind and relax? Shopping, exercise, “girls night” with your friends, reading, all of the above? Also, what’s the best advice your own mom and/or mom-in-law gave you about being a mom? Thanks! Love how down to earth and family oriented you are….as well as a great actress!

Did you breastfeed any of your children??? Whats your secret for working out??
November 2nd, 2009 at 11:50 pm
As a mother of three, it is often hard to make a dinner that everyone is excited to eat…one doesn’t like meat, one doesn’t like veggies, etc. What are a couple of main dishes that you and Peter know the girls would love for dinner tonight?

With your families busy lifestyle how do you go about setting family traditions and what are some of your favorites?

Hey Jennie,
How did the kids (when younger) and the younger one now, deal with you when you’re both away so far with work?
P told us you all came out to visit him at work the other day, is that treated as a pre-planned ‘holiday’ or ‘who wants to go see Daddy at work next week’, or is it mostly just a spur of the moment thing because the kids (and you of course) miss him?
xx

What are the biggest challenges in raising your children in Hollywood?
November 3rd, 2009 at 10:14 am
How has your view on body image changed since you have been in Hollywood? And how have your 3 pregnancies had an impact on that?
November 3rd, 2009 at 10:58 am
I would also second someone’s request to know about Jennie’s family traditions she has either continued from her childhood days and/or created new for her family.
I would also like to know how she managed her migraines as I additionally suffer from them.
Also, as an original question, what are some of your “must have” pieces of your wardrobe? What are some new pieces/accessories you have added to your wardrobe for fall 2009?
November 3rd, 2009 at 11:19 am
Hi jenni! I really loved you on the original 90210 series. thats’ all…
November 3rd, 2009 at 12:07 pm
Hey, Jennie! Would love to see Luke Perry guest star on new 90210! Loved Kelly and Dylan together! Any chance at all of that happening? I just need a little bit of hope. : ) … I also think you and Peter are so cute, and your girls are adorable, too!

All of Jennie’s girls look happy and healthy. I am interested in 1)how Jennie achieves that while raising a family in LA where image/looks are so valued, and 2)how does she feed her family. Meal planning is a constant source of stress for me – I would love to know how Jennie works nutritional, kid-approved meals into her busy day.
