Steal That Style: Fab Red Carpet Moms!

Choosing an outfit for a special event is no easy feat — even with the help of a stylist! But add a burgeoning baby belly to the mix and things get well, complicated. Especially since celebrity moms-to-be want nothing more than to look glam for their last few — baby-free — nights out on the town.

While the majority of stars like to keep their belly under wraps with flowing frocks, some like to show it off in dresses that accentuate their new curves.

We recently spotted reality star Kourtney Kardashian, actress Ashley Jensen and soap star Marcy Rylan doing just that — and boy did they look amazing!

Isabella Oliver Ruched Midi Dress

Kourtney: A simple, body-hugging dress will do the trick. Just look for a maternity version with side ruching that expands slightly to gently skim your bump. We love Isabella Oliver Ruched Midi Dress ($179, left) — it’s classic and chic!

Also try the super affordable Motherhood Long Sleeve Babydoll Maternity Sweater Dress ($30). It doesn’t hug the belly as closely as Kourtney’s dress, but the heather grey color is flattering to most skin tones. Just add some statement earrings or a necklace for a little sparkle.

Ashley: The Accidentally on Purpose star opted for A Pea in the Pod’s 3/4 Sleeve Babydoll Maternity Dress in Blurred Floral ($200) for her stroll down the red carpet for The Invention of Lying premiere. The rich arty print is sophisticated while the side bow adds a sweet touch.

Not ready to splurge? Check out the Everly Grey Sonya Maternity Dress ($68, left). In a silk-like fabric and similar hues, this dress offers it all (minus the bow!) at a much more budget-friendly price.

Marcy: The gorgeous ABS for A Pea in the Pod muted pink one-shoulder dress that she wore to the Daytime Emmys is unfortunately no longer available. This floor-length gown may sport a hefty price tag, but you’ll feel — and look — amazing.

For more of a bargain buy, try 9 Months to Grow Silk Charmeuse Maternity Tank Dress ($60). While not a one-shoulder gown, the intricate ruffle detail around the neckline is very similar to Marcy’s dress. The knee-length hem also lets you show off a little leg!
