Adriana Lima now has a little angel of her own: Victoria Secret’s model and her husband, NBA star Marko Jaric welcomed a daughter on Sunday, November 15th in New York City.

“Adriana and Marko are thrilled to announce they had a baby girl, Valentina Lima Jaric,” a rep for the model tells PEOPLE exclusively. “Mother, father and baby are all doing well.”

Adriana, 28, met the Memphis Grizzlies star, 31, in 2006 and got engaged two years later on her 27th birthday. The couple eloped on Valentine’s Day this year, tying the knot in a small, private civil ceremony in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Soon after the honeymoon, Adriana learned she was expecting. “We are so excited!” she told PEOPLE at the time. “We wanted this. We were ready.”

“Even in my wildest days I knew that I wanted to be the ultimate family man,” Marko adds. “We’re ready to settle down.”

In better-late-than-never news, Flight of the Conchords star Bret McKenzie is a first-time dad. The 33-year-old singer and actor welcomed daughter Vita with wife Hannah three months ago, he reveals to the New Zealand Herald, and has been “figuring out fatherhood” ever since. He quips,

“Um, I’ve got a lot of room to improve. It seems like it’s quite a long-term commitment.”

Baby girl has already shown that she’s up to the task of being a celebrity baby, however, having flown with Bret and Hannah to the Emmy Awards in September. “She was amazing,” the proud papa raves. “She was handing out the lollies and everything and she can’t even hold anything yet.”

Fans of the cult-smash HBO show shouldn’t get their hopes up that Vita will make an onscreen appearance, however. Adds Bret,

“No. It wouldn’t be a My Two Dads situation.”

It’s a boy for Ashley Jensen and her husband, actor Terence Beesley!

The Accidentally on Purpose actress welcomed son Francis Jonathan Beesley — he’s already going by the nickname of ‘Frankie Jack‘ — on Tuesday, October 20th, her rep confirms to PEOPLE, adding that mother and child are home and doing well.

The couple chose not to find out the sex of the baby before delivery, Ashley told Celebrity Baby Blog.

“We thought there are so few surprises left in the world,” the Emmy-nominated actress, 40, explains. “We wanted to be surprised, so we don’t have the room painted pink or blue.”

The couple, who eloped in January 2007 after seven years together, announced the pregnancy in July.

Ashley will be returning to work soon on the hit show Accidentally on Purpose, which airs Monday evenings at 8:30 p.m. on CBS.

Layla Kayleigh is a new mom!

The America’s Best Dance Crew co-host delivered daughter Melody Rain Covino on Monday, November 2nd at 7:48 a.m., her rep confirms to PEOPLE. Baby Melody weighed in at 8 lbs., 10 oz.

On Wednesday, Layla Tweeted, “On cloud nine. [C]herishing, savoring, taking in every single moment.”

This is the first child for Layla, 25, and her boyfriend of three years, Steven Covino. His show, the Sirius/Maxim Radio program Covino and Rich, was the first to break the news of Melody’s birth.

The couple announced the pregnancy in June.

All My Children star Alicia Minshew’s baby girl has arrived!

Willow Lenora Herschenfeld was born Wednesday, November 4th at 6:42 a.m., weighing in at 5 lbs., 2 oz. Willow’s middle name honors Alicia’s mother, Lenore.

This is the first child for the Pregnancy covergirl, 35, and husband Richie Herschenfeld. The couple announced the good news, as well as the sex of the baby, in July.

It’s a boy for footballer Wayne Rooney and wife Coleen. The couple welcomed son Kai Wayne Rooney at 2:20 p.m. on Monday, November 2nd at Liverpool Women’s Hospital in their native England. He weighed 8 lbs., 2 oz.

Baby boy was apparently somewhat hesitant to make his debut; Coleen was nine days overdue according to a rep, who adds,

“Mother and baby are both absolutely fine. Wayne and Coleen are thrilled with the wonderful addition to their family life.”

The pregnancy was announced in April, with Coleen, 23, calling expectant motherhood “the best thing that’s ever happened to me.” Kai is the first child for the couple, who were married in June 2008.

It’s a boy for Mary Stuart Masterson and husband Jeremy Davidson, her rep tells PEOPLE.

The actress, 43, delivered a son on Sunday, October 11th. Further details are unavailable at this time.

The baby boy is the first child for the couple, who met during a 2004 production of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof and married in 2006. They announced the pregnancy in May.

Mel Gibson became a father for the eighth time on Friday when his girlfriend, musician Oksana Grigorieva, gave birth to a baby girl, PEOPLE confirms.

“This will confirm that Oksana Grigorieva and Mel Gibson welcomed the arrival of a baby girl named Lucia on Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, at an undisclosed hospital in Los Angeles,” says Gibson’s rep, Alan Nierob, confirming earlier reports of the event. No further details were available.

“Everything is great! They couldn’t be happier,” a friend tells PEOPLE. “Everyone’s healthy and thrilled. He loooves it!”

Gibson, 53, was at Grigorieva’s side in Los Angeles until she and the baby went home from the hospital, then flew to New York Sunday to resume shooting The Beaver, costarring Jodie Foster.

On Monday morning, an announcement of the birth was made on the set of the film in White Plains, N.Y. “Everyone sang ‘[For] He’s a Jolly Good Fellow,’ and he blushed,” a member of the film crew told PEOPLE.

Gibson has seven children (six sons and a daughter) with his ex-wife Robyn, while Oksana has a son, Alexander, with her former boyfriend, actor Timothy Dalton.

Model and actress Karolína Kurková and her fiancé, film producer Archie Drury, welcomed a son on Thursday, October 29th in New York City.

“Both mother and baby are happy and healthy,” her rep confirms to PEOPLE exclusively.

The baby boy, named Tobin Jack Drury, weighed in at 6 lbs., 3 oz.

This is the first child for the Victoria’s Secret Angel, 25, who announced her pregnancy in July.

It’s a boy for Colin Farrell and girlfriend Alicja Bachleda.

The couple, who costar in the upcoming film Ondine, welcomed son Henry Tadeusz Farrell on Wednesday, October 7th in Los Angeles, a rep for the actor tells PEOPLE.

Henry is the first child for Alicja, 26, and the second for Colin, who has a 6-year-old son, James, with model Kim Bordenave.

Confirming the pregnancy in September, Colin, 33, said he was looking forward to “everything” about parenthood. “I will take it as it comes. Even changing dirty diapers.”
