September is shaping up to be an exciting month for Freddie and Sarah Michelle Prinze! The first of the month marked the couple’s seventh wedding anniversary and now they are celebrating yet another milestone: the birth of their first child.

Daughter Charlotte Grace Prinze was born on Saturday, September 19th, a rep for the couple confirms exclusively to PEOPLE. “The family is over the moon,” according to a statement released by the pair.

Sarah Michelle, 32, and Freddie, 33, revealed the pregnancy news in April, and in the months following, the mama-to-be was spotted showing off her growing belly all over town. Next up for Freddie is his role on 24, which premieres in January.

Happy Birthday Jayden James and Sean Preston Federline! You are 3 and 4 years old this weekend! With big brother Preston’s birthday on Monday and Jayden’s happening today, we’re sure there’s much celebrating going on for these adorable little guys.

In honor of the boys’ birthdays — and their travels with mom and dad this year — we’ve put together a gallery featuring cute shots of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline’s growing boys. Here’s wishing them the happiest birthdays yet!

Happy birthday to Henry Story Driver! Actress and singer Minnie Driver’s main man turns 1 year old today.

Since his arrival last September, we’ve spotted Henry at the airport, strollin’ in Malibu and playing at the park, but one thing’s for sure — he’s always with mom!

Happy Birthday Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale! Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale’s littlest roadie turns one year old today.

Since his arrival last August, Zuma has kept busy. Spotted on mom’s hip, at the beach with dad and playing at the park with big brother Kingston, 3, Zuma spent his first summer on the road with Gwen’s band No Doubt. Quite the start for a rock star baby!

Happy first birthday Levi Alves McConaughey! It’s already been a year since this beach baby made his arrival smack in the middle of summer — how appropriate for someone who spends so much time in the sun!

This little man seems to have adapted well to Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves‘ laid-back lifestyle, enjoying the sand, surf, and month-long exploratory roadtrips with his parents! We look forward to watching Levi grow up and become a big brother — his sibling is set to arrive in late December/early January!

Since his birth last May 31st, Rascal Flatts lead guitarist Joe Don Rooney and wife Tiffany Fallon have kept son Jagger Donovan out of the spotlight. In celebration of his first birthday, the couple have decided to open up their photo album and share a few personal pictures of Jagger’s first year exclusively with Celebrity Baby Blog readers!

Tiffany, who recently appeared on Celebrity Apprentice and was the 2005 Playboy Playmate of the Year, spoke to us briefly about her little man’s latest accomplishments!

“I can’t believe we just celebrated Jagger’s first birthday! Everyone says the first years fly by — and they’re right — but looking back over the past year reminds me of many incredible experiences, a lot of firsts and a happiness that is hard to express in words.

Since the day he was born, Jagger looked just like his handsome daddy and luckily, he acquired his temperament too — sweet and mellow, but with my fearlessness and blue eyes. This year has been a learning experience for Joe Don and me, but Jag makes parenting easy.

Every milestone has been an incredible adventure for all of us. From what Grandma tells us, the fact that Jag sleeps 12 hours at night — and has done so for months — is rare… so we are lucky parents on many counts!

When we are not on tour with Dad, Jag and I love to join his baby buddies and their moms at his Music City Music Together class. He’s been going since he was eight months old and it gives us a chance to be around other babies and share in Joe Don’s passion for playing instruments… or eating them.

We’ve also been taking swimming class for the past month and have been working on eating table food, which usually becomes floor food, then quickly turns into dog food. Dad and I are looking forward to Jag taking his first steps, which should happen any day!”
