Melissa Joan Hart's pregnancy journal

Actress Melissa Joan Hart, 31, has updated her MySpace with a new blog and photos of her two boys, Mason Walter, 2, and Braydon ‘Brady’ Hart, 4 weeks. Melissa is married to Course of Nature’s Mark Wilkerson.

Melissa says that the boys are wonderful and as she mentioned previously, she falls more in love with them every day.

Brady and Mason are both growing and changing quickly — getting bigger every day. We’re settling in and really enjoying each moment (they pass so quickly)!  It’s so much better than I ever could have expected, and I am so in love with all the men in my life I can’t put it into words!

As well as acting, Melissa manages her husband’s band Course of Nature, mentioning that Mark’s CD is now available more widely. She will also be doing a Pull Ups Training Pants campaign in May/June; meaning that she will likely be on the press circuit and some talk shows.

As mybelly grows to uncontrollable sizes, I am reminded of all the funny andridiculous things pregnant woman can’t do. I can no longer climb on thecounter to reach the high plates, fit in most of my maternity shirtswithout my belly hanging out, and most embarrassing is that I can nolonger fit into a booth at a restaurant.

Let’s not forget tying myshoes, or squeezing out of the car if I park too close to the one on myside. I constantly feel like a science experiment just trying to figureout my way through the new conundrums that perplex my daily life!

Here Melissa answers some of these questions, tells us about her holiday season — her ABC Christmas movie Holiday in Handcuffs topped ratings for the network — explains what’s up next with hubby Mark Wilkerson’s band Course of Nature, and shares new photos. Of course, there’s talk of son Mason Walter, who turned 2 this past Friday, and the new baby, expected to arrive the first week of March.

Since I’ve been getting a lot of similar baby questions recently, I’ve decided to do a blog to fill y’all in. We do know the sex of the new baby, however we are keeping it to ourselves for a while. I know we all have ‘M’ names right now, but that’s just a coincidence. The next baby will not have an ‘M’ name, since we are trying to avoid a theme. We do love the name Madeline, but no matter the sex of this baby, looks like I’ll have to wait and see if I have a few more kids before I can use that name.  If the labor goes well this time, I’m hoping for two more babies later in my 30s.

As for the questions about Hollywood babies, I have mixed feelings.I would hope the public would be more interested in the level of talentthan the cuteness of the kids of celebs! But there is a big differencethese days between "stars" and "celebrities"; "stars" being people witha certain level of talent and responsibility. That being said, I also think my son is the most adorable boy in the world and everyone should experience the joy of that smile. But I don’t enjoy the paparazzi following us on walks to Baja Fresh!

But mostly I don’t appreciate it when the public believes everythingthey see or read. Especially being pregnant, I’ve seen lots of commentsabout my weight, but I’m pregnant and very few women in the world lookskinny while expecting. It’s the one time absolutely no one should judge!

So its been an interesting month already and we are only a week into it. Mason sure is keeping us on our toes. His vocabulary is growing in leaps and bounds everyday. He went from asking us to "sit" with him to "sit down now please." It’s amazing.

We spent Thanksgiving in Alabama with my husband’s family and then wentto NY to visit some of my family and do some holiday shopping. Masonice skated for the first time while I safely walked him around the icein my snow boots. We watched the Rockefeller Tree Lighting which Masonand I thoroughly enjoyed.

First of all, I am feeling great with this second pregnancy.

Here is a little inside into our first few days after the little stick turned blue this time. As soon as I took the test I passed it to Mark, unable to look for myself. His look of shock seemed to be mocking me, but I soon found out how similar his looks of shock and mocking me could be. We then spent about half an hour crying as we considered all the life changes that were going to take place.

For me, I worried about work and not being able to snowboard yet another year, as well as my changing body. I thought about the nausea, breastfeeding and heartburn while Mark thought about the sleepless nights and diaper changes while chasing around a two year old. It took us a few weeks to really get excited about our little surprise that was slowly growing in my belly.
