Bye bye baby weight! Walking hand-in-hand with partner Liev Schreiber last night at the New York City premiere of his new film Defiance, Naomi Watts showed off her stunning postpartum physique since welcoming son Samuel ‘Sammy’ Kai, 4 ½-weeks.

The 40-year-old actress credits breastfeeding for the amazing transformation. “He’s sucking it all out of me, it seems,” she tells PEOPLE. “And when the baby comes out, it’s a lot of weight right there.”

The night out on the town for Naomi and Liev — dating since 2005 — was made possible by a “great nanny,” he said, and the film holds special significance for the couple.

“We had [son Alexander] ‘Sasha’ [Pete, 17 ½-months] when we were shooting this movie in Lithuania,” Liev reveals. “So it’s kind of a treat for the movie to be out … and now we’ve got Sammy.”

The Schreiber boys are already establishing that they are their own little men, Naomi added.

“They’re very different. [Sammy]’s more fragile, in a way. But I don’t know, maybe I’ve forgotten how small they are. Sasha is only 18 months old.”

Defiance is in theaters Friday.

In her first public post-baby outing, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz leaves newborn son Bronx Mowgli at home Monday to attend a surprise Fall Out Boy concert at the Troubadour in West Hollywood.

The new mom, 24, cheered on husband Pete Wentz and his band as they performed songs from their upcoming album, Folie à Deux. Of parenthood, Pete said recently,

"It’s different when it actuallyhappens. Your life is 100% different. Before [the baby is born] you’relike, ‘Oh yeah, I think [my life] is gonna have to be different. Butnow, you want it to be different."

Having recently welcomed her third child (still no details, for those wondering!) Natascha McElhone was spotted chatting on her phone while walking the new addition to a well-baby appointment at the Chelsea and Westminster hospital on Thursday in the UK.

The baby’s father and Natascha’s husband, plastic surgeon Dr. Martin Hirigoyen Kelly, passed away suddenly in May following a heart attack. The couple are also parents to sons Theo, 8, and Otis, 5.

The new baby rides in a Bugaboo Cameleon in Denim ($959).

Mark Wahlberg and fiancée Rhea Durham took a baby break — new son Brendan Joseph is three weeks old — and gave middle child Michael, 2, some dedicated attention during a solo trip to the park on Friday afternoon.

Mark took Michael on the slide and monkey bars while Rhea looked on. The couple are also parents to daughter Ella Rae, 5.

Just two weeks after giving birth to her second son, Zuma Nesta Rock, Gwen Stefani is out running errands in Los Angeles on Thursday. The singer/songwriter, 38, visited Cedars-Sinai for a checkup, then continued on the pharmacy before returning home.

Samuel Jason Black, 2, — wearing Mighty Fine’s Mini Fine Grover Save Our Planet Tee ($22) — mastered the stairs while on a sunny trip to the playground with parents Jack Black, 38, and Tanya Haden on Saturday in Beverly Hills. Tanya, 36, an accomplished cellist, gave birth to the couple’s second son, Thomas David, six weeks ago.

In her first postpartum outing since welcoming daughter Stella Doreen two weeks ago, Tori Spelling, 35, and husband Dean McDermott met friends for lunch on Saturday, June 21st. After dining alfresco at La Scala in Beverly Hills, CA, the couple returned home to Stella and big brother Liam Aaron, 15 months.

New mom Angela Kinsey, 36, showed off her postpartum figure at the 6th Annual TV Land Awards show on Sunday, June 8th in Santa Monica, CA.  Earlier, she blogged that she needed a dress that "hides what needs hiding," and we think she found it! The actress and her husband Warren Lieberstein welcomed daughter Isabel Ruby five weeks ago.
