The Sutter Family Supports TDCA Reform

Seventh Generation/Startraks

Former Bachelorette stars Ryan and Trista Sutter took their children — Maxwell Alston, 2, and Blakesley Grace, 7 months — to the Million Baby Crawl in Broomfield, Colorado on Wednesday.

Trista Sutter: Bikini After Two Babies

Trista Sutter can easily run through all the ways in which her second pregnancy was different from her first. For starters, “as I think any woman who has been through multiple pregnancies can attest, your body just knows where the fat goes!” she says.

Then there was having to squeeze gym workouts around her 2-year-old son Maxwell Alston’s schedule, not to mention “just being exhausted.” By the time daughter Blakesley Grace arrived in April, the 5′2″ Trista had gained 43 lbs., to get her to 153 lbs. “I saw that number,” she says, “and was like, ‘Oh, God – how am I going to lose it?’”

The answer: lots and lots of exercise, including daily 45-minute walks with the kids, as well as strength routines with a personal trainer three times a week. And while the former Bachelorette star didn’t avoid any foods, she kept rigorous track of her portions with Web site mycalorienumber.com, to keep her caloric intake to 1,750 a day.

Now, at 107 lbs., “my stomach is still a little poochy,” she says. “But I am proud of myself!”

Marty and Amy Wolff Introduce Blaine Patrick

Jeff Sciortino for PEOPLE for use on CBB

Competing on The Biggest Loser didn’t just help Amy Wolff find a husband (fellow contestant Marty Wolff, whom she married last year).

The NBC weight-loss show “prepared me to be pregnant,” says Amy, who refused to fret when she went from 180 to 250 lbs. before delivering the couple’s 10 lbs., 14 oz son Blaine Patrick via c-section on July 4th.

Now “I have the knowledge and confidence that I can get back to normal,” says Amy, 30, who has already shed 40 lbs., mostly through running (on Loser in 2006, she had lost 106 of her original 260 lbs.).

“I know it’s possible.”

Besides, bonding with baby has made it all worthwhile.

“Blaine is a mini-me!” says Marty, 28, who with Amy runs Reality Wellness, a weight-loss and self-improvement program, from their Omaha home. “He’s a big guy.”

Which has given Marty equally big ideas about his future: “Marty thinks he’s going to be a football player,” says Amy. “He got him a shirt that says ‘No. 1 Draft Pick.’”

But Amy will be happy no matter what Blaine becomes. “I love looking into his eyes and thinking of the possibilities,” she says. “We want to raise him in an environment where he knows he can acheieve anything he wants.” Just like his parents.

Rob and Amber Mariano Welcome Daughter Lucia Rose

Alexandra Wyman / WireImage

They survived two seasons apiece on both CBS’s Survivor and The Amazing Race and even their own FOX reality show, Rob and Amber: Against the Odds. Now Rob and Amber Brkich Mariano are taking on their most daunting challenge yet — parenthood.

Amber, 30, gave birth to daughter Lucia Rose Mariano on the Fourth of July at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Fla., Rob, 33, tells PEOPLE exclusively.

With a first name of Italian origin meaning “light of God” and a middle name as a tribute to her paternal grandmother, who died on the Fourth of July, Lucia arrived weighing 6 lbs., 11.5 oz. and measuring 19 ¼ inches long. “Both mom and baby are healthy and doing great,” says Rob.

“Lucia is a great eater and sleeps a lot, however she tends to be a bit of a night owl like her daddy at times,” he adds. “She is a perfect baby and we could not have asked for anything more. We are over the moon with happiness at her arrival!”

Gilles Marini: ‘Being a Dad is the Best Job I’ve Ever Had’

Gilles Marini started off season eight of Dancing With the Stars known only as the naked neighbor from the Sex and the City movie, but he quickly danced his way into America’s heart — and second place in the reality competition.

His success with a more intimate audience, though, is what really makes him smile. With Father’s Day approaching, the 33-year-old former firefighter and model opened up to Life & Style about life with his wife, Carole, and kids Georges, 10, and Juliana, 2 ½. “Being a parent is simple,” he says. “Be with them, love them, and everything should be perfect.”

Denise Richards: Reality Show Captures Special Moments

Albert Michael/Startraks

When Denise Richards first announced her reality series Denise Richards: It’s Complicated, the mother of two was met with her fair share of critics — including ex-husband Charlie Sheen — denouncing the presence of her daughters on the show.

According to the actress, however, being in front of a camera is old hat for her girls! “My daughters have been around this since they were babies,” she tells PEOPLE. “They come to photo shoots, they come to set all the time, so they’re used to this environment.” As for Charlie, he’s “actually very supportive this season. He saw how little they were on last season, as did a lot of people who gave me a lot of flak for it,” Denise explains.

With 4-year-old daughter Lola Rose making her first appearance on a movie set when she was  six weeks old, Denise explains that the filming of the toddler and her older sister Sam, 5, for her show serves as a way for the busy mom to keep the memories alive.

“There are nice moments that I will have forever. I never would have gotten a video of my daughter saying [her] Nana [is] their angel. Stuff like that. They’re in it very little and as a parent I’m so proud of them, and think it’s very cute. I don’t think my girls are exploited. If they like being around me it’s because they get to be with me, and if they want to be filmed great, if they don’t they walk away and I don’t care.”

In fact, Denise says Sam and Lola hardly notice the crew on their heels! “My father and I actually commented on how my daughters don’t even ask about the cameras,” Denise laughs. After the girls associated the shooting schedules with extra food — craft services! — during the first season, the 38-year-old actress admits that it has been smooth sailing ever since. “We set up a room in my house as the production room,” she says. “Sami would say, ‘The people with the snacks left their snacks!’”

Paris Bennett: I’m Motivated by Motherhood

Rick Diamond/WireImage

Songstress Paris Bennett has learned a lot since her days on American Idol, but despite adding motherhood to her resume when she welcomed daughter Egypt, now 7 months, the 20-year-old skipped out on the lessons of hard labor! After feeling the baby moving around in her belly followed by some minor pain, the expectant mama went in early to her doctor’s appointment — only to find out that she was already 8 cm dilated. “I called my mom and the family rushed to the hospital,” she tells momlogic.

“I got to the hospital around 3:00 p.m. and Miss Egypt came at 3:36 p.m.”

In the months since her fast arrival, Egypt has not slowed down and makes sure she keeps her mama always on her toes! Calling her baby girl “very demanding and diva-ristic,” Paris shares that Egypt — who has become “picky about everything” — is not too fond of a dirty diaper. Fortunately, the proud mama has discovered the perfect remedy to keep her little princess peaceful! “I never knew that warm milk at night or wrapping your baby tight after a bath would really work,” she says, admitting she considered them both to be “old-school” myths. “It really does work! I give Egypt a bath at night, wrap her in a warm blanket, and give her a warm bottle and she’s out at night.”

Sending out a message to all the parents who find themselves struggling to juggle both a career and their family, a sympathetic Paris is quick to offer encouragement. “You can do it! Never let anyone tell you you can’t!” she urges. “Use your child for self-motivation.” With a blossoming music career, the singer is taking her own advice as she often looks to her daughter when she is in need of a boost. “I look at Egypt every day and think of the things I want her to do in life and everything I wouldn’t want her to want for,” she says.

Proving all the naysayers wrong, Paris is determined to be successful, both for herself and her child. “It takes time and a great deal of self-determination,” she explains of motherhood. With her thoughts turned toward the future, any struggles she is facing are overturned by her dream to make it to the finish line.

“I had my share of people saying I wouldn’t be able to have a career and a baby, but that just made me want it more. I added her into my lifestyle and I am going to keep going and prove them all wrong.”

Gilles and Juliana Marini to Undergo Surgery Together

Adrian Varnedoe/Pacific Coast News

Like father, like daughter! The old adage rings true for Dancing With the Stars finalist Gilles Marini and his 2 ½-year-old daughter Juliana. Gilles needs surgery in the near future to repair a separated shoulder he suffered during the reality show, and is getting nervous as his appointment with the surgeon approaches.

“As the procedure is “getting closer … I’m getting a little bit antsy,” the actor admits. “I’m like, ‘Ok, what’s going to happen?’” It turns out that Gilles’ nervousness isn’t only for himself — Juliana needs an undisclosed form of surgery herself, as well.

“My daughter needs a little surgery too, so we’re going to have one room. We’re having surgery the same day — that way we can actually stay together.”

Juliana is Gilles’ daughter with wife Carole. The pair are also parents to son Georges, 9 ½. Watch Gilles and his partner Cheryl Burke compete in the finals of Dancing With the Stars, starting tonight on ABC.
