Angie Harmon and about 30 guests gathered Sunday afternoon for her baby shower at a pal’s house in Los Angeles. The actress — along with friends including Amber Valletta (pictured with Angie),Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon, Holly Robinson Peete, Meredith Salenger, LoriLoughlin, Julie Moran and Ming Na – enjoyed the afternoon at the homeof Angie’s friend, Jamie Tish, who hosted with JillEistenstadt-Chayet.

The day was nothing short of sweet — with plenty of candyeverywhere, a cake from Sweet Lady Jane and champagne to kick off thelunch. L’Occitane assembled the gift bags. Tish and Eistenstadt-Chayet delivered speeches, as did Angie herself. "It was very sweet and touching," says a guest.

According to a source, Angie and husband Jason Sehorn know the sex of the baby but are keeping it a secret, so all gifts were unisex.

Angie and Jason, both 36, announced in August they were expecting their third child this winter. Their new addition will join the couple’s daughters Finley Faith, 5, and Avery Grace, 3.

The first daughter for Kenneth ‘Babyface’ Edmonds and Nicole Pantenburg, it was only natural that baby Peyton Nicole — who was born September 9th — would have a baby registry fit for a little princess! Before welcoming their little girl, the singer/music producer, along with his girlfriend, prepared for the baby’s birth by stopping to register at the popular, posh boutique Bel Bambini. With a celebrity fan base that includes Tori Spelling, Marisol Nichols, Christina Aguilera and Salma Hayek, the hotspot shop seemed the perfect place to stock up on the plethora of gear that any new baby would want! With blankets, infant carriers, videos, and more, Peyton has received some adorable essentials that will take her from newborn infant to toddlerhood.

Actress Jamie Lynn Spears, 16, was spotted out in Baton Rouge, LA on Thursday. Jamie Lynn and her cousin made the 80 mile trip from Kentwood to register for baby gifts at Babies ‘R’ Us, in anticipation of Jamie Lynn’s upcoming baby shower — the event date listed on the site is July 10th, but we assume that refers to the due date, as it would be a rather late shower. Jamie Lynn also wore a shirt reading "The Rumors Are True" – perhaps confirmation of the engagement rumor, considering the new diamond ring on her finger?

While Jamie Lynn had expressed her desire to know the sex, it seems that she and Casey Aldridge are yet to find out (or are unwilling to share), as she registered for gender-neutral colors. The Zoey 101 star’s choices included teething rings, a Britax car seat, an ultrasound frame, a Cookie Monster bath towel and a Baby Neptune Ocean Gym. Most of the items stayed within a neutral color palette, including green items and Disney Winnie the Pooh and Tigger characters.

Actress Elisabeth Röhm, 34, and her fiancé Ron Wooster expect their daughter, to be called Easton, on April 28th. Between now and then, the Law & Order and Big Shots actress is appearing on the cover of the May issue of Pregnancy magazine, with a brief interview and photospread inside.

Update: According to her registry, Christie and Thomas are expecting a daughter, to be called Hannah, on April 5th.

Originally posted October 3rd: Former Days of our Lives actress Christie Clark Barnes, 33, and her husband, Thomas Barnes, are currently expecting their first child. Christie stated on her blog,

So my dog Mr. Blonde died about a month ago from cancer. He was anabsolute champion. About a couple of weeks before his death we foundout I’m pregnant. It’s funny how life works that way. One chapterclosing and another opening up.

Update: Nancy has announced that earlier this week, she found out she’s having a boy AND a girl.

Originally posted August 30th: When CNN anchorwoman Nancy Grace announced her pregnancy in late June, many CBB readers were left scratching their heads in regards to the dueling due dates announced — Us Weekly said she was four months along, the NY Post said she was due in January.

On her show this evening, Nancy — while accepting congratulations from a caller on the impending birth of her twins — said,

Thanks — they’re due in two months.

This gives Nancy, 48, an early November due date (we hear around the 8th). Mystery solved!  However, don’t be surprised if they come a little earlier — multiples occasionally do as they stretch the womb more than a singleton and sometimes cause the cervix to loosen up a bit sooner.

Actress Jenna Elfman, expecting her first child — a boy — with husband Bodhi Elfman in July, recently shared with Gifts.com some of the items the couple have included on their baby registry.  Best-known for her part on the former television series Dharma & Greg — which featured a free-spirited Jenna in the role of Dharma, married to her cultural-opposite attorney husband Greg — the contrast between traditional and unconventional will also be present in Jenna’s nursery.

Marcia Cross may have been put on bedrest, but not before the Desperate beauty selected an array of items for a gift registry at Petit Tresor.  The gift registry is a mix of posh and practical items, and include two of almost everything for her twins who are due in April.

Items selected for the gift registry include Avent Bottles and a Bottle Warmer, Baby CZ Cashmere Blankets in Oatmeal and Creme, the Baby Jogger City Double Stroller in Lilac, the Batiste Bassinettes by Lulla Smith, along with Bonne Nuit Cribs, Bookcases, Armoire and Changing Table (which Julia Roberts and Sean "Diddy" Combs and girlfriend Kim Porter selected for THEIR twins!).

For herself, she has registered for the Mia Bossi Maria diaper bag in Cognac as well as the Original Little Stork Delivery Bag.  Other notable items highlighted on this registry include the Global Fund for Children Bodysuits, the Petit Tresor Signature Baby Gift basket, and two Primo Viaggio Toffee Carseats.

Port Charles and General Hospital actor Brian Presley, 29, and his wife Erin Hershey Presley, 30, are expecting their first child together. No due date given, but Access Hollywood claims Erin to be "heavily pregnant" so a birth announcement won’t be far. According to CBB reader Carrie, their registry lists the January birth of a boy. The couple married in 2002, after co-starring in Port Charles.
