“When the pain hit the roof, I had the thought that in a matter of moments I was going to be sitting and holding my baby with a big fat smile on my face - a thought that seemed ridiculous to me at the time but I knew it was true. And there we were, moments later.”

Breast Cancer Awareness Month: Uncommonly Cute’s C is for Cure
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and in support of this important event, we are thrilled to introduce Uncommonly Cute’s newest arrival… their "C is for Cure" t-shirt and onesie in support of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Through this nationwide effort, Allison Friedland, the company’s founder (and no relation to Danielle!) is proud to give back to this worthy cause that has touched both family and friends that are dear to her.
Uncommonly Cute will donate 25% from the sale of this product to this outstanding organization to help find a cure. This is the only product available for little ones to show their support while strolling through the awareness walks… Now babies everywhere can give strength to mom, grandma, aunts, family and friends… after all "laughter is the best medicine."
BabyBeReady launches a new design for Breast Cancer Awareness month
One of our favorite "why didn’t I think of that" inventions is the BabyBeReady bag by BabyDish. Created by a mom, it is prepacked with the first year essentials like diapers, travel wipes, onesie, sunhat, bib, rattle, pacifier, burp cloth, and bottle. Everything packed in a great bag with durable plastic overlay and clear zippered compartments that you can use later on. I have one in the Golfer print that I have been using as a diaperbag/purse. On one side, I put a few diapers, wipes and changing pad.On the other side, I keep my wallet, Blackberry, camera and containerof Cheerios for Anya.
Celebrity fans of the BabyBeReady bag include Mariska Hargitay, Jon Stewart, and Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes.
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month and in memory of her best friend, Hally Lyn, who lost her battle with breast cancer this year, Hally Lyn, BabyDish creator Stacie Mindich-Jordan designed The Hally Bag. Proceeds from the bag will go the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Breast Cancer Research in Massachusetts.
You can order the Hally Bag either prepacked ($99) or empty ($45) at BabyDish.com.
