Since she hasn’t mastered speech yet, Isabella Damon, 13 months,communicates by crowing, according to dad Matt. TheBourne Ultimatum star says his daughter constantly crows and laughs,which makes it a tad difficult for him to understand her at times.

Well, right now, she kind of sounds like a crow. She kind of goes like [makes funny crow caw sound twice].Like that. And she points at things. And this morning, like she pointedat the ceiling, and there was nothing on the ceiling. And she just went[makes crow sound] like that. And I was like, ‘Well, that’s theceiling.’ And she went [he does a silly laugh]. And I was like, ‘I don’tknow what’s funny about that.’

So I’m trying to figure out what’s goingon in her head. Sometimes she just has these things that I just have noidea what she’s thinking. So I’m working on that.

Ben Affleck got a six-month headstart on Matt Damon in the fatherhooddepartment. So when Matt welcomed Isabella in June 2006, Ben wasall prepared to offer parenting advice.

He marched into our house one day, plopped this toy down and said, ‘This works.’ He turned around and walked out.

Matt, 36, says fatherhood has definitely changed him for the better andis glad he waited to start a family as he "wasn’t ready in my 20s."Now, he says, it all makes sense.

You find this feeling that you’ve never had before. There are great moments, and it keeps getting better as she gets older.

Asked if he and wife Luciana are planning to add to their brood, whichalso includes Luciana’s daughter Alexia, 9, from her previous marriage,the Bourne Ultimatum star jokes,

We’re not planning on following Brad and Angie’s record-setting pace.

Actor Matt Damon, 36, and his wife Luciana were snapped surfing in Hawaii this morning while daughters Alexia, 9, and Isabella, 1, watched from the shore with grandma (Lucy’s mom). Once out of the water, Luciana cuddled Isabella.

Luciana Barroso Damon, Jennifer Garner, and their daughters Isabella, 1, and Violet Anne, 18 months, were snapped playing in the ocean this morning in Hawaii. Jennifer swung Violet back and forth through the water, then got her comfortable floating on her back. Just Jared has more photos.

Hello Magazine has some new photos of Matt Damon and wife Luciana Barroso with their children Isabella, 11 months, and Alexia, 8, (Luciana’s daughter from a previous relationship) visiting pal George Clooney in Lake Como, Italy on Wednesday.In December, Matt had this to say about his experience thus far with fatherhood:

I feel I got made a member of a club that I didn’t know existed. I didn’t think this would happen to me…I was excited for her to start talking and walking and toddling around hanging out, but I didn’t realize how much personality little people have right off the bat. So it’s just been fun.

Marcia Cross recently ordered and was gifted with a variety of Graco products just before the birth of her twin daughters with husband, Tom Mahoney. The girls, Eden and Savannah, were born last month in LA.

At the pre-Golden Globes event Boom Boom Room Marcia requested the Graco Infant SafeSeat in central park ($199). Additionally, Marcia was also gifted with Graco’s Quattro Tour Duo Stroller in rittenhouse ($250). This stroller can hold a toddler up to 50 pounds, in the front seat, it has a lots of storage space and a snack and cup holder for the front passenger. It folds with one hand and the push of a button.

Matt Damon took some time from talking about his new movie, The Good Shepherd, on Friday to talk about another new role he has taken on recently, being a father to six month old Isabella. 

Isabella loves raspberries and he loves giving them to her! Right on her belly!  He explained, "You do this thing where you can either give her (a raspberry) on the stomach or if you sort of act like you’re going to munch her underarm, and she laughs like a little machine gun. And it’s like I could do it forever."

Isabella is only 6 months old, but she’s already given her Dad the gift of membership to that special club called parenthood.  He says, “It’s great, great. That’s been just amazing…it defies description, actually. I don’t really know how to talk about it because I don’t really know – I feel like I got made a member of a club that I didn’t know existed."

He admitted that he didn’t think he would enjoy it as much as he does.  He said, "I didn’t think that this would happen to me.  Other people were always showing me baby pictures or trying to hand me the baby, and I was like, ‘Get that thing away from me. I don’t want to touch your kid. Give me a break.’ But I’m totally into it now."

Matt said he was looking forward to her being 2 years old, when he thought she’d be full of personality, but she already does:"I was excited for her to start talking and walking and toddling around, hanging out,I didn’t realize how much personality little people have right off the bat. So it’s just been fun."

Isabella has a big sister, Alexis, 8.  Alexis is from their mother Luciana’s previous marriage.
