Hollywood mamas expecting new little ones in the near future were asked by People to describe their cravings.

Courtney Thorne-Smith – 39, first child due in January: It’s really sad, but I’m craving cottage-cheese.

Samantha Harris — 33, first child due beginning of October: When I seesome food on TV or someone walking down the street with something, Iwant it. I do a lot of frozen yogurt or chocolate-covered raisins. Ireally don’t discriminate with my sweets!

Drea de Matteo — 35, first child, a girl, due first week of December: A lot of Italian food, which is weird because I’m Italian and I never eat Italian food normally. I’m getting back to my roots.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck — 30, second child, due November 11th: Cheese, gluten-free cookies — I have celiac disease — a lot of chocolate and watermelon with salt and lime on it. It’s weird but refreshing. You should try it!

Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon — 40, second and third children, twin boys, due end of November: No cravings, but I miss sushi like crazy.

Kim Raver — 38, second child due this fall: Every once in a while I’ll belike, ‘Oh, my son is having a cupcake. Sure! I’ll have some of thatchocolate frosting.’ But I’m definitely more aware the second timearound not to go crazy.

As we posted in August, 24 and Lipstick Jungle actress Kim Raver, 38, gathered up all the confidence she could muster to pose nude for Vaseline’s latest ad campaign ‘Skin Is Amazing.’ The ad, along with others featuring Minnie Driver, Hilary Duff, Laila Ali, and Dave Navarro, make their debut this week. Of her skin, Kim says,

Pregnancy, in particular, makes you appreciate your skin and want to take care of it. I’m so amazed that, as my body grows, my skin stretches and stretches. I’m in awe of how elastic it is.

Kim and her husband Manu Boyer expect 4 1/2-year-old son Luke’s sibling this fall.

Lipstick Jungle co-stars Brooke Shields and Kim Raver go way back –all the way to grade school. The actresses lost touch over the years,but have since reconnected and become best friends, and so have theirchildren.

Her [daughter Rowan, 4] and my son [Luke, 5] get along so well.

Good thing too, since the two often spend time together with eachother’s families in New York when they aren’t shooting. Brooke, 42, and husband Chris Henchy are also parentsto Grier, 16 months while Kim, 38, is seven months pregnant with herand husband Manu Boyer’s second child.

[The pregnancy's] gone by so much faster because I’m busy with thefirst kid. You’re so preoccupied with getting your kid to school andbathing him that all of a sudden you think, ‘Oh, I’m in my thirdtrimester.’ It’s amazing.

As for Brooke, she’s thinking about her daughters’ futures. She hadpreviously stated she’s wary of them following her into show businesseven though she has a tendency to encourage them to perform for her.

I’ll let them do what they want as long as they get an education; that’s the one thing they can’t take away from you.

The former child star also thinks it’s important to teach kids respect,especially looking at the woes of current starlets today.

I don’t think that kids today have respect because it’s not taught tothem. I look at my kids and think, ‘If they don’t listen to me now, howare they going to listen to me when they’re 16?’

Lipstick Jungle actress Kim Raver, 38, is set to pose nude in a new ad campaign for Vaseline. The 24 star says it’s something that she normally wouldn’t even consider, but her almost 7-months-pregnant form has given her courage.

I feel a lot more comfortable getting naked [while expecting] than I do when I’m not pregnant.

Kim and her husband Manu Boyer expect 4 1/2-year-old son Luke’s sibling this fall.

In an earlier post on CBB, we showed you Debra Messing and pregnant actress Kim Raver at the 2007 Mercedes-Benz Polo Challenge at JetOne Jets Field.  When it came time for Kim to dress for the event, she looked no further than maternity designer Isabella Oliver, and her ‘absolutely favorite’ piece from the collection — the ruched tank dress (on sale for $112.50) in black.  With side ruching that can accommodate you from trimester to trimester, and built-in support so you can go bra-less if you choose, the dress is extremely versatile. 

Isabella Oliver is named after the two first children, Isabella and Oliver, born (just weeks apart!) to creators Vanessa Knox-Brien and Baukjen de Swaan Arons.  Since then — with five pregnancies between them — Vanessa and Baukjen only sell clothes they have "designed, created, worn and fallen in love with themselves."  Other celebrity moms and moms-to-be who wear the line include Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon, Marcia Cross, Heidi Klum and Bryce Dallas Howard.

Kim is expecting her second child this fall.
